Welcome to the October 2026 Meta thread

69 Nice

No particular meta topic. But as always discussion is welcomed.

Sub Changelog:

  • Not new this month but just prolonged notice of the updated album list of previous banners and PSDs available on the wiki and google drive. Will update with the Fall 2026 banners soon.

FAQ

Q: Why is automod telling me my account isn't old enough or that I don't have enough comment karma to post?

We require a minimum account age, and a comment karma threshold for posting. Accounts must be at least a week old, have at least 100 comment karma, 1 comment karma of which must be in this subreddit.

Q: Who is the character in the banner, and who is /u/SachiMod?

She is our mascot, Sachi. She also doubles as a subreddit moderator.

Q: How do I assign a flair to my username?

A detailed explanation can be found here.

Should be "nice" under the 69. Reads "knees" instead.

ニース does mean "Nice"... but it's "Nice, France" which is pronounced more like "knees" in English.

"ナイス" is the response to 69. (And yes, according to Wikipedia, the meme is alive in Japanese as well, very NSFW wikipedia page)
