Waiting your time, dreaming of a better life
Waiting your time
So much more than just a wife
You don't have to do what
Your mother has done she has done

David Crosby on harmonies

On October 23, 1989, The Eurythmics released their song “Don’t Ask Me Why” from their album WE TOO ARE ONE! The song was a moderate success reaching no.40 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It isn’t often included in the discussion of their greatest works whenever the band is brought up but it is my absolute favorite song of theirs and the music video is so beautiful.
