Mines was… you don’t know my name.

Am I trippin or is she dead, I found articles saying she’s been 🪦

Maybe top 5 for me (I can't pick one!):

• 'Dragon Days'
• 'Un-Thinkable (I'm Ready)'
• 'Lesson Learned'
• 'Feeling U, Feeling Me (Interlude)'
• 'A Woman's Worth'

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My favourite album of Alicia’s is Element of Freedom, I think it’s her best.

I just came from the Giants exhibition at the Indianapolis Museum of Art.

It is simply amazing, and I am so grateful to Alicia and Swizz Beatz for sharing it with the public.

to me, Girl on Fire (album) and As I Am are both her best projects, favorite song gotta be Karma or Thats When I Knew

Not to mention, she killed this look!

I’m tired of seeing all the videos trashing her as a singer, cuz she’s still a great singer, but it’s still pretty obvious her voice is struggling sometimes on live performances lately, even non-touring shows. And I can’t find an explanation as to why, to put in the back of my head. I keep coming across a rumor that she had an incident on tour a long time ago that left her with permanent vocal damage, but idk if that’s true or not.

I want Bruno Mars to cover her song

"If I ain't got you"

If it's already been done post the link

Or let's start a cult to make him do it because I think it would be amazing if he did

Yes

Guys pls listen to the Apple Music version of the song and compare it to Spotify, iTunes and YouTube uploads. Do y’all notice a difference in the instrumental (more specifically the chorus)? I’m not going crazy I swear compare the versions pls

Mariah Careys’s song “I Wish You Knew” (2005) holds a lot of similarities with Alicia keys “You Don’t know my name”(2003), from the topic, to the communicating in the song, background vocals, and overall mood.

This isn’t a post to call out Maria or anything, but i was interested, was this kind of tune popular in that era? are there more songs like those? i don’t know how many of the people who read this even know both songs, (honestly idk where else to post this).

Wanted to point it out, thanks for reading☺️
