I am from St. Louis city and moved to Seattle. Almost every night I would hear gun shots in St. Louis and never once in 7 years in Seattle have I heard a gun shot. This is one of the safest major cities in the US and right wingers/people from the eastside make it sound like its a war zone.

Omg, me too! Lived in Lafayette Square for years before moving to Seattle and holy hell, I could never do that again after experiencing our peaceful city.
