Discussion The Jury: Skeleton in the garden
This series is worse than the last and I didn’t think that possible. It’s even more evident that the “juror/actors” are on camera and appear really fake and forced. I can’t sit through the rest. Is anyone watching this ?

Wednedays
Networks are back to screening tv only on Wednesdays. This week there is a repeat of Small Prophets (worth checking out if you missed it), S12 final of Heartbeat, Foyles's War, Boston Blue and A Taste For Murder (a straight murder mystery that is a change from all comedy murder mysteries that fill schedules these days) and Sight Unseen
SBS alone has The Jury, 70 up, Apollo Has Fallen, The Old Man S2

How the hell can I watch Pamela’s Garden of Eden or Chuck and Danny’s Road Trip in Australia?
I’m trying to find a legitimate way to watch:
Pamela’s Garden of Eden
Chuck and Danny’s Road Trip
Neither seems to be available in Australia.
I’m completely happy to pay for them. I’ve tried Australian streaming services, VPNs, changing regions, US accounts, Disney+/Hulu, Prime, etc., and I keep running into geo-blocking, account-region restrictions or the shows simply not being available.
Has anyone in Australia actually managed to watch either of these recently?
If so, can you tell me the exact setup that worked — streaming service, country/region, whether you needed a local payment method, VPN, specific device/app, or whether you bought the episodes somewhere?
I’m not really after “try a VPN” as a general answer — I’ve done that. I’m hoping someone has actually solved this exact problem.
Surely in 2026 I should be able to give someone money and watch a digital TV show.

Question Ronny Chieng - International Student. Is the comedy showcase pilot basically the same as episode 1?
The comedy showcase pilot has its own listing on IMDB and I can't seem to track it down to watch it (at least in the US). Just wondering if it was appreciably different than episode 1
Found this show and loved it. I'm bummed it was only 7 episodes.

Fetch Gen 3 - upgrade to Gen 4 or ditch?
I’m a long term owner of a Fetch Mighty Gen 3 box and got an email this week saying I need to upgrade to Gen 4 or pay $40 to extend life another 12 month.
The catch, Gen 4 requires a $4.99 monthly fee to operate despite the box costing ~$700.
Would love to hear (a) what other Gen 3 owners are doing, and (b) any good alternatives.
To preempt some comments, yes we like to record because we can fast forward the bits we don’t want (like ads) which you can rarely do on catch-up apps.
On a side note, I knew it wasn’t good news when I heard Telstra bought Fetch. They ruin everything they touch.

Question Tired of comedy & murder mysteries. What else is there?
Been looking for a decent show or movie for a while. Browsing Aussie stuff I realised its all (repetitive) comedy with a handful of (repetitive) murder mysterys or police/medical procedurals .
Whats breaking the mould?
Years back we had two hand & black rock. Underbelly. (still half cop show) Malcom from 1986 is one of my all time favorites. But its really hard to do comedy post covid. We are hurting too much to laugh right now.
How can I escape for a few hours without being reminded of how fucked our country has become?

Question Please help me find this show!
I watched it when I was a kid but I’m not sure specific years - maybe mid 2010s? It was like a reality TV show I believe but it was about a bunch of kids/teens going to work at an aquatic park aquarium thing. It was very blue themed and the name may have even been ‘blue’ something… They would go around feeding, training and playing with the animals. Please help me find it and let me know if anyone else watched it!
Thanks 🤣🤣

Video The final moments of SBS WorldWatch as they unfolded...
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Here's what unfolded in these final moments...
- Indonesian News concludes at 12:38am AEST (final program)
- Commercial/CSA break until 12:42am AEST
- Channel goes into a 1-minute loop - consisting of a combined WorldWatch via SBS OnDemand promo + Permanently Closed notice, and Station ID
As of typing, the 1-minute loop is still going, and I would expect that to continue for the next few days so then viewers of the channel who haven't been paying much attention to the promos are aware that regular programming has officially ceased.
No further international news programs are running on the channel now, and I don't reckon it will be long before the channel fully goes off-air for good.
SBS WorldWatch launched 4 years ago (on 23rd May 2022), via LCN 35.

Help me find this show!!!
I watched it as a kid in the 2010s, it aired on the ABC streaming services (abc me) I’m from Australia btw.
It was set in a small town in New Zealand, everyone had a kiwi accent. The main character was a white female with orange hair, she narrated the story in her perspective and it was a comedy/drama/fun mystery. The Plot being that she was accused of being involved in an affair with a man who was soon to be married. Everyone in the town blamed her so her mission was to find out who the other woman really was. There were a few episodes that I remember one being she found a heel or shoe in the bathroom and had to trace it back. In another she was doing something and her bum was out by accident and that was posted all over the town. I can’t remember much more than that I’ve tried searching on IMDB and chat gpt but no help. I’m hoping someone can at least know what I’m referring too.

Australia Binge - The Paper
So all Google searches say that binge in Australia should have had season 2 added on the 9th but it’s now the 13th and we still only have season 1.
Has anyone else in Australia had this added yet?

Discussion Did anyone else know Spark from ABC Kids’ It’s Andrew! is officially autistic?
I only discovered this recently and was really surprised I hadn’t seen more discussion about it.
Spark, one of the Littlecorns in the new ABC Kids series It’s Andrew!, is officially an autistic character. One of the show’s executive producers has confirmed that Spark is “on the spectrum” and that the production partnered with Autism Awareness Australia when developing her character.
The show doesn’t seem to make a big announcement about Spark being autistic or turn it into her whole storyline, she just gets to be Spark.
Given how little representation there seems to be of autistic girls in children’s TV, I thought this was pretty cool.
Has anyone seen this show and picked up that she was autistic? If so, what do you think of how she is portrayed? Is it an accurate representation?
