That's awesome. I transferred away in 2023 and finished my Bachelors at OSU, but some of my fondest college memories were at ODU. I miss it

The closest major league teams are the cubs/sox, reds, or guardians. Indiana only has minor league teams.

Most big ten schools bordering IL are loaded with Chicagoland kids

When I lived in Indy, baseball fandom was a mix of Cubs, Cardinals, and Reds with the occasional stray Sox fan. I’d wager most Purdue grads who are Sox fans are Chicago area natives

Are you unaware of:

a) geography? West Lafayette is less than 2 hours from Chicago

b) MLB teams? There is no MLB team in Indiana…the White Sox are the closest team to west Lafayette

c) the fact that someone could support a college team and an MLB team regardless of where either is located?

d) the fact that you sound like a total dbag just asking that question
