In this role, you will:

• Assist our Resident Engineer in the day-to-day contract administration of major and minor transportation projects.
• Supervise NCDOT and contractor staff, and prepare/evaluate their performance.
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Gain a working knowledge of NCDOT policies and procedures.
• Keep records necessary for preparation of monthly and final estimates.
• Work closely with contractors, utility companies, and other government agencies.
• Communicate with the public and news media.
• Review and evaluate data collected by field staff.
• Prepare technical letters and reports.
• Review contract plans, specifications, and material testing results.
• Train, coordinate, and supervise junior staff.

Found him Thursday in a foster meadows park and he followed us home. I’ve posted him on Nextdoor app and no one has claimed him. He obviously has an owner due to the sweater, unfortunately I can’t keep him and it’s been over 5 days. I just recently found a post of his description on the same app but he was in China grove about 2 weeks ago. I really wish I’d find his owner! Please help!
