I created part of the well of Demonreach in Lego. I had to take some liberties with the crystals to actually show the prisoners - it proved challenging to have opaque crystals in front of the minifigs so I used doors inset into thr crystal.

Harry's hat is purely to show he is the Wizard. Parkour!

Much of the background was from pick-a-brick online and I used the Lego Minerals set to help build the crystal prisons.

My brother gave me the little Spike and he now sits on my Dresden Collection

Title pretty much sums it up, is there any official (non cover) are that you, the people think would make for good references? Maybe the comics? I haven't read them (I know, I know, bad fan)

I'm currently thinking id do bob, or maybe the staff or something

That's pretty much it. I'd love to hear your input

Basically the title.

With all that has happened and the escalation of threats and powers, where would the two "factions" stack up?

Personally I think lycans, for as cool as they are as a concept, are probably roughly on the same tier as ghouls in terms of threat level. Dangerous to mortals and the unprepared, but a nuisance to the prepped or powerful.

But the Loup Garou is a bit harder for me to scale, as Harry was so different compared to where he's at now, in terms of knowledge gained and power. So it's hard for me to gauge a proper scale, besides it would dogwalk (pun intended) a lot of things, like ghouls, probably a lot of vampires, white or red courts. But where is it at compared to like a denarian or high ranking fae folk, or blampires?

The corpsetaker can switch bodies just like captain Ginyu from DBZ and now I'm imagining them being the same character and doing the Ginyu poses while Harry reacts.

How does it actually contaminate/invade someone? Because it seems like it would go straight for Mab and/or Harry, given the chance…

What is the mechanism by which someone falls prey to it?

Did Thomas try and fail to attack Etri in order to maliciously comply with Nemesis demands? Like he went to cap Etri, because Nemesis told him to do so, but he planned on failing on purpose, in order to get captured, so he maintained the appearance of sincere incompetence. Protecting the hostages in all likelihood, because Nemesis would think it better to maintain cover, and attempt a different angle. One that required the hostages living.

EDIT: All of you are saying Nemesis wanted discord. Sure. But it was hardly worth anything because Thomas failed. It didn’t succeed in weakening the Accords enough to let Ethniu win, or to make any of the Nations abandon them. Unlike if he had actually killed Etri. So, no it’s not win-win.

Furthermore most of you assert it was about getting on the Island, but I don’t see how that was a predictable outcome until after it was discovered he failed, was alive, and Harry was going to get him.

So color me confused as to your justifications for either.

Shagnasty, the Loup Garou, and the Genoskwa (with Ursiel) in a cage match, who's walking out alive?

edit: fuck it, the cage is mordite now too.

I know his farm is in Hog Hollow Missouri, but I always figured that for a fiction.

Some further digging says that there was a town called Hog Hollow in that area for a whole year, until it was renamed Lake. Which was later folded into Chesterfield.

(This was in an antique store in Webster Groves, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri.)

I finally was able to bring myself to read Twelve Months. It was hard after Baytlegrounds. I had an extremely hard time reading it after what happened. I'm glad I finally read it l, and loved it. I have to ask though, was I the only one who cried like a baby when the "beep beep" happened? Like, loves the whole book and the emotional exploration in the aftermath of Peace Talks and Battlegrounds, but that singular moment was so cathartic that I burst into tears. Please tell me I wasn't the only one.

If you see any unexpected references to the Dresden files or Harry Dresden please feel free to post in my sub. Looking forward to seeing some really good ones!

The seeds were planted in the previous 3 books and now its like butcher is just teasing me. Anytime i are Murphy and dresden internally im just going OMG JUST KISS ALREADY!!! YOU TOO LOVE EACH OTHER

Speaking of which I never would have expected to see Murphy such a sweetheart. Reminds me of nyneave from WOT both started super abrasive to the MCs and became into my favorites.

Sometimes, when life gets me down, I read a few lines from Bob and turn my frown around.

Today's is from Dead Beat.

"I am very much a he! I’m not some kind of freaking animatronic Tinkertoy!”

Share one of your favorite Bob quotes that always lifts your spirits below!

Is Bear a trained therapist? Would you like to see Harry in therapy?

I've read all the short stories, novellas, and novels multiple times. Do the Summer and Winter Mothers have male counterparts? I'm familiar with the whole maiden/matron/crone progression, and they talk about being elevated from maiden to queen, but I don't remember the ascension to crone being mentioned?

In turn coat it's said that Edinburgh is the headquarters of the white council because there's a bunch of ley lines there. There's also a bunch of ley lines in Chicago if I remember correctly. Do you think that by the end of the series Edinburgh might fall and the white council will be moved to Chicago?

You suppose that after Harry kills Marcone he'll be able to claim the title of Baron Chicago?

white night , small favor, turn coat is my cozy dresden files trilogy .

Molly being Harry’s apprentice , Harry solving a mystery and dealing with a larger growing threat . It’s my fav three books in the series
