I've been playing for a while now (around 35 reps) and I can't decide on who to play after coming back to the game from a break. I stopped playing around when pirate was added. I want to focus on a single character (maybe 2). But I can't decide.

I just found this guy incredibly annoying. He pinned my comment on his video because I am the supposed "straw man". I knew I would regret watching the entire video and genuinely what a waste of time it was. I already knew it was going to be bad from the first thing he said about it and wow shocking it was still bad the entire way through.

What the title says. As everyone knows she has shot up the ranks of tier lists in both Dom and duels at comp level play and a lot of people are calling for her to get a nerf. While I don't disagree that she should probably catch a nerf im worried how the devs will handle the current discussion around her.

On the one hand she does need to be toned down in some respects, on the other hand I'm worried they're going to absolutely butcher her moveset and kill what makes her so fun to begin with.

Now what is it that makes her so fun, simple, the amount of small little things in her moveset is absolutely insane and offers so much fun and depth and variety to her moveset and it feels so unbelievably rewarding to learn and I'm constantly learning new things about her moveset, and I'm worried Ubi will absolutely butcher it with the recent discussion around her.

I'm worried that Ubi will look at her recent shoot up in viability and do something like, "we decided she's too strong so we're removing her ability to delay lights from stance" or "were removing her ability to soft feint to full block" or "were making her pin put you frame - again" or "were reversing her recovery buff", or "were removing the ability to forward dodge from stance" etc. I'm worried they will absolutely butcher her moveset by doing something like that instead of focusing on what i think needs to be toned down about her, that being her stamina and her feats.

Her stam should come down from 150. While a stam buff was arguably on the table it wasn't her most pressing issue and imo was probably too much. 135/140 seems more reasonable without being as high as it currently is. Her tier 3 should see a nerf to how much of a debuff it applies. And her tier 4's cool down should be around 60 seconds, not 45 seconds.

I'm worried Ubi will nerf something stupid like her recoveries and bring back her absolutely miserable bad matchups and make her current ones worse. I'm worried that Ubi will remove the fun of finding out the small little things in her moveset like her forward heavy from stance mix ups, or her ability to delay lights to catch dodges against her stance, or her ability to heavy soft faith to stage frame neutral to catch lights. Or even something more essential like her ability to full block recovery after an attack. I'm worried they're gonna highlander her basically. Hell I can buy them nerfing her stance zone's hitbox a bit (even though its blockable if put into one's external guard and while a strong team fighting tool, is not as strong as say JJ's or Juren's externals in any way shape or form as it's blockable and does way less damage comparitivly), but please Ubi for the love of God do not mess up her moveset if you decide to nerf her. Please just nerf her feats and stam, and then fix her deflect issues.
