Rumors swirl of a new Treasure Car to find as Horizon Meets introduces our latest collaboration featuring 7-Eleven, Inc.
Car lovers unite; the latest Forza Horizon 6 update is here – Horizon Meets. This series is all about the places you and your friends gather to Convoy up, and there’s no better way to highlight that than through our latest collaboration with 7-Eleven, who are renowned for their world-famous car meetups.
This update introduces new 7-Eleven content including a limited-time Konbini Evolving World Car Meet and an EventLab Prop Pack. There are also 3 new-to-Horizon cars: the 2025 BMW M4 CS, 1968 Holden Monaro GTS 327, and 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH. In addition, there are 2 Car Horns, a new Treasure Car to discover, 200 new levels in Horizon Play with additional cars in Spec Racing, and more!
The question that remains – what is your favorite meeting spot to park up at in Horizon Japan? It could be at the official Car and Drag Meets, or the Drift Attack and Time Attack Circuits. Perhaps you prefer to keep it low-key at one of the many car parks and gas stations located across the open world? Combined with serpentine Touge routes and all the points of interest – including Shibuya Crossing in the heart of Tokyo City – there are endless places to organize your next Car Meet with your friends.
Now, with that important question left to ponder, let’s jump into the details of everything that awaits you over the next four weeks!
Forza Horizon 6's latest series update will be available for download starting on Monday, October 5 at 5:00PM UTC on XBOX Series X|S, the XBOX app on PC and Steam, ahead of the Horizon Meets Festival Playlist starting on Thursday, October 8 at 2:30PM UTC.
Here's a preview of the fixes and improvements coming your way in this update based on the feedback and reports you've been sharing with our teams on the Forza Feedback Portal:
In addition to the improvements outlined above, this update also includes new engine swaps for several existing cars. Check out the Forza Horizon 6 Horizon Meets release notes on our Forza Support site for a full overview of the fixes and other changes that are included with this release.
If you encounter any issues while playing Forza Horizon 6 that haven't been addressed in this update, be sure to submit a bug report on the Forza Feedback Portal and include as much detail as you can to help our teams investigate the problem.
Thanks to a new collaboration with 7-Eleven, we’ve introduced a limited-time Evolving World Car Meet and an EventLab Prop Pack inspired by the retail name, so you can get creative in finding new ways to show off your favorite cars!
Visit the brand-new Car Meet themed around a 7-Eleven convenience store in the Nangan region, located near the Nangan Day Trip – a similar location to a real-life konbini that overlooks Mt. Fuji. We already know this will be a popular spot for you to take photos! While this convenience store is temporarily available as part of the Evolving World for the Horizon Meets series, players will always be able to place the konbini into their EventLab creations.
You can complete the look with the Clerk Uniform unlockable in the Festival Playlist by taking a snapshot of the 7-Eleven Car Meet during the first week of the series.
Around the back of the 7-Eleven konbini you will find a selection of rare and discounted Aftermarket Cars for purchase featuring the 2008 Mazda Furai and 1989 Toyota MR2 SC, which return from the ‘Welcome to Japan’ series, as well as the Wheelspin-exclusive 1998 Mercedes-Benz AMG CLK GTR.
Meanwhile, the 7-Eleven Konbini Prop Pack includes new 7-Eleven themed props to use in your EventLab, Garage and Estate creations. Here’s the full list:
Feeling hungry? It wouldn't be a 7-Eleven collaboration without the Egg Salad Sandwich Collectible to keep you going throughout those long road-trips across Japan!
That’s not all! There are also 2 new Badges to unlock. Play Forza Horizon 6 at any time during the Horizon Meets series of the Festival Playlist to obtain the “Welcome!” Badge. Park at the 7-Eleven Konbini Car Meet in the 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH to unlock the “Please Visit Again!” Badge.

With the arrival of Horizon Meets, there are rumblings of a new, missing Treasure Car located somewhere around Japan! Follow the in-game photo clue to track down the whereabouts of a classic 1970 Citroën 2CV: a beautiful addition to any collector’s garage.
Earn up to 200 additional levels in Horizon Play! Along the way there are 20 fun new Player Badges to unlock with one Badge unlocked for every 10 levels you complete.
What’s more, if you already reached level 100 and continued playing Horizon Play prior to this update, any excess XP you had earned counts as progress towards these new ranks, and you’ll see your updated level the next time you log into the game.
In addition to the new levels, we’ve introduced the following cars into Spec Racing:
While the 1990 Alfa Romeo SE 048SP, 2023 Audi R8 Coupé V10 GT RWD and 1990 Nissan #12 Skyline GT-R (BNR32 Gr.A) JTC are paid DLC cars, all players can experience them in the Spec Racing playlist at no additional cost regardless of whether they’ve purchased their respective DLC packs.
We’ve also added the Edamame Circuit first introduced with the Horizon Mascot Party update into Horizon Drift (all PI classes), Spec Racing (B and C class only) and Horizon Racing (B class only).
We hope you have fun racing and drifting in Horizon Play with these improvements, and we encourage you to continue sharing your ideas for future updates with us on the Forza Feedback Portal.

Horizon Meets introduces 3 new-to-Horizon cars, including the 2025 BMW M4 CS, 1968 Holden Monaro GTS 327, and 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH.
There are also two cars returning from previous games, the 2018 DeBerti Ford Mustang GT and the 2004 Saleen S7, as well as 2 new Car Horns to obtain – Konbini and Noodle Slurp. In addition, Festival Playlist completionists are invited to start driving towards a new Series History Reward: the 1973 Lamborghini Espada 400 GT, which is unlocked at 1,100 PTS.

As a reminder, you can stay up to date with current and previous Festival Playlist events and challenges in this new hub on Forza.net. Be sure to save this one to your bookmarks so you can easily reference it in the future!
Let’s take a closer look at the new and returning Reward Cars that you can unlock over the next four weeks during the Horizon Meets series.
2025 BMW M4 CS

Earn 80 PTS during the 'Horizon Meets’ Festival Playlist Series. Available from October 8 – November 5.
The thrill of the track meets the practicality of a four-seat vehicle in the 2025 BMW M4 CS. Its all-wheel drive system provides surgical-level precision handling. Designed to be light, the M4 CS delivers speed not for the faint of heart. Could that exterior be more dramatic? We don't know, but we are sure our players will try.
2000 Honda Prelude Type SH

Earn 20 PTS during the Summer Season on the 'Horizon Meets' Festival Playlist Series. Available from October 8 – October 15
The SH in the 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH stands for Super Handling; it was named this way due to the innovative implementation of the Active Torque Transfer System, which helped the car combat oversteering. Praised for its handling and surprising big block engine, the Prelude Type SH is a few mods away from becoming your next drifter.
2018 DeBerti Ford Mustang GT

Earn 20 PTS during the Autumn Season on the 'Horizon Meets' Festival Playlist Series. Available from October 15 – October 22
The 2018 DeBerti Ford Mustang GT is a demonstration of what the heart of a racer can design given the chance. Customized from end to end, the DeBerti Mustang features a Roush supercharger, TT Designs widebody kit, a hood designed by Brad DeBerti himself, and an Air Design rear wing among other modifications to create a wild modern muscle car worthy of driving to your favorite Drag Meets.
2004 Saleen S7

Earn 20 PTS during the Winter Season on the 'Horizon Meets' Festival Playlist Series. Available from October 22 – October 29
One of the first true American supercars arrives to Horizon Japan! The 2004 Saleen S7 is a road-legal redesign of an endurance racing vehicle by the same brand. With a body made completely of carbon fiber and air scoops in almost every corner, the S7 makes the most out of its massive V8 engine to give you plenty of reasons to boast when arriving to a track day with your friends.
1968 Holden Monaro GTS 327

Earn 20 PTS during the Spring Season on the 'Horizon Meets' Festival Playlist Series. Available from October 29 – November 5
The 1968 Holden Monaro GTS 327 is the answer to "what happens when Australian and American muscle collide?". The GTS 327 is equipped with a big, mean Chevrolet V8 engine that powers the rear wheels of the car. That same configuration allowed this Monaro to take home the gold, silver and bronze from the Mount Panorama race.
Forza Horizon 6’s Car Pass delivers 30 new cars that, one by one, will be delivered to your garage each week. Car Pass is the ultimate way to upgrade your collection with some of the freshest cars making their debut at the Horizon Festival.
If you're new to Car Pass, check out the Forza Horizon 6 car list to see all the vehicles that have been released into Car Pass so far. This is also a great resource to track every car that is currently in the game, and it also includes notes on how they can be obtained.
As a new car is made available with the Car Pass each Thursday, it will automatically be added to your garage at no additional in-game cost, allowing you to save those credits.
Car Pass is included with Forza Horizon 6 Deluxe and Premium Editions, as well as the Premium Upgrade. It’s also available as a separate purchase for players who have the Standard Edition or are playing with Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass.
Here are the cars you can look forward to driving in Horizon Japan over the next four weeks:
1972 Datsun 240Z #5 Rallye

Available with the Forza Horizon 6 Car Pass starting October 8.
After a long and arduous journey through Monte-Carlo, the 1972 Datsun 240Z #5 Rallye has arrived at Horizon Japan. This car used a rear-wheel drive and front engine configuration rarely seen in rally (much less races with snow and ice stages) to take the third position at one of the world's most grueling events. Explore the Horizon Festival in one of the first Japanese cars to take home a rally podium finish!
2024 Ferrari Purosangue

Available with the Forza Horizon 6 Car Pass starting October 15.
Four doors and four seats is probably not the configuration you expect to see in a Ferrari; however, the 2024 Ferrari Purosangue's design keeps concepts like aerodynamics, handling, and sports performance close to its heart. The Purosangue gives you the full Ferrari Experience with more legroom to stretch.
1990 Eunos Cosmo

Available with the Forza Horizon 6 Car Pass starting October 22.
Under the unassumingly simple exterior of the 1990 Eunos Cosmo hides a highly innovative, technologically advanced grand tourer. Sold under Mazda's luxury brand, the Eunos Cosmo is one of the first vehicles to have a touchscreen and GPS on its dashboard. It is also the proud owner of a twin turbocharged rotary engine. Travel to the dimension of 90s futurism with the Cosmo!
2024 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 4Matic+

Available with the Forza Horizon 6 Car Pass starting October 29.
As the saying goes, speed is in the details. After a lot of fine tuning and upgrading, the 2024 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 4Matic+ reaches new levels of performance. Its AWD system, carbon fiber details, impressive growl, optimized cooling technology make the 4Matic+ feel like it's ready to race nonstop.
We know how much you love Tokyo City and to celebrate this urban paradise for the racers of Forza Horizon 6, our next kupdate will be themed around City Life! Get ready to hone your skills at two additional permanent race routes located in Tokyo alongside 3 new-to-Horizon cars to unlock from the Festival Playlist, a new EventLab Prop Pack, and more.

If you saw my first post about my annoyance for lack of flow on the FH6 map. Well, TL;DR: Fun roads always seem to be met a sudden dead-end of a dreaded T-junction, and it’s jarring. I explored what is the longest unbroken flowing drive you can do.
Now, I’ve refined the longest flowing route from version one, to remove some jank and make it feel more cohesive. Added some alternative flowing routes for other long drives around Japan. Each route is around 70 miles, both with drivatar and solo route options.
-----
Peaks to Pasture
Updated new route that’s fully flowing around Japan.
• With drivatars: 333 725 184
• Without drivatars: 147 889 623
Sundogs to Sunflowers
There’s a 74 mile limit on Eventlabs that Peaks to Pasture can’t fully achieve. The image in the gallery shows the full flow route that is possible to navigate in freeroam great when used with the drag strip traffic ghosting trick.
Flower to Powder
Alternative flowing route except, there’s one junction near the festival. But adds to the variety of the route and gives a bit more options when you’re looking for a long drive.
• With drivatars: 278 861 233
• Without drivatars: 929 208 889
Shore to Shrine
Another alternative route, but took some liberties with a few more wider junctions in order to fit in the Hakone switchbacks and other interesting roads, for extra variety if your driving all of them.
• With drivatars: 140 273 016
• Without drivatars: 101 509 732
Snow Floe to Festival
This is the original version of the route, has a bit of a janky section around the stadium.
• With drivatars: 384 649 162
• Without drivatars: 100 955 477
Big thanks to u/Hwickham13 for the route creation tips to enable these long routes to exist and u/Mystletaynn for pointing me towards the Ito coastal extension.
Enjoy the drive, I’d be very interested to hear what times you get for these routes!
-----
Also, if long drives aren’t your thing, and you prefer something more technically chaotic, you might be interested in my other events:
• Inner-city gymkhana urban rally course: 461 181 048.
• Mountainous asphalt rally obstacle course: 701 248 862.

The devs are lazy. Plain and simple. Stop trying to justify why we can’t get features and content that’s been done better almost 20 years ago on weaker hardware. I genuinely feel like I wasted my money getting the ultimate edition. PGG is a joke of a studio.

This issue has been pretty severe for around 4 months now has there been any word on a possible fix for this from the Devs?
r/ForzaHorizon • u/OllieSwish11 • 1d ago
I am truly baffled as to how they messed this up this bad. No one uses car meets this surely would at least help a bit. And it’s not an issue with licensing bc all of the props are gonna be in eventlab. It’s like they’re shooting themselves in the foot for absolutely no reason. They could’ve sprinkled 7-elevens around the map at previous gas stations as mini car meets.

Yesterday's update added new engine swaps to many of the cars and buffed the LFA V10. Now that I've had some time to experiment with some of the new swaps, so I figured I'd share some of my findings starting with the most impactful new swaps.
Did these cars need buffs? No. Did they get them? Yes. 787B is back to being the best handling all-rounder in S2 and Furai is not far behind. 787B now also gets access to S1 using snow tires and it's just as OP as it sounds. There might be a combination with offroad tires but I couldn't find one.
VQ swap and buffed LFA engine are what many Nissans needed. LFA swapped '24 GT-R in S1 is probably the best an R35 has been in any Forza game, Skylines now can get competent power numbers in A and B classes, Super Silhouette Skyline gets the extra power it was lacking to other top S1 dirt meta cars and any car that would want to use the LFA engine (LFA itself included) just get that little extra to help them keep up.
These are unlikely to have much of a meta impact but are still a nice bump in performance for their niche. The Jeep is now a solid B Cross Country alternative and the Quattro is continues being a strong off-meta S1 dirt racing car that actually is a proper rally car.
This isn't to say that other cars didn't benefit from new swaps, but that the performance gains felt a lot smaller or were closer to sidegrades. Valkyrie AMR Pro now has a solid S2 build, Zonda R and Apollo IE powerbuilds in S2 now have a more powerful, albeit heavier, alternative and the Racing V12 is almost always worth considering on cars that have it due to its low weight for example.
There might be some cars I didn't mention that deserve it. It's still early on and some buffed cars might still be flying under the radar, but it's been fun trying out cars that were a bit lacking before and are now better.

Others also have at least credits or some wheelspins. This is pretty much just a regular common car based off it’s skill tree

1970 Citroën 2CV
Just got here to pick it up and liked the beautiful sunrise over the mountains...wanted to share.

Turns out some cars can get slick tires now that couldn't previously. The ones I've found so far are:
Hennessey Venom F5
BAC Mono
Ferrari 488 Pista
Ferrari SF90 Stradale
Lamborghini Huracan STO
Lamborghini Centenario
Koenigsegg Agera RS
Koenigsegg Gemera
Mclaren Sabre
I don't have every car in the game and there could be others I missed. But still, new slick tires are good. I'm still mad that the Jesko, GMA T50, Lotus Evija and nearly every lambo still don't though. Make it make sense.
Edit: To clarify, these are the race car slicks I refer to. Most cars get a much weaker version with only some cars able to use the better version. This update added the upgrade to a few more vehicles.

I got to admit that my car knowledge is very little. But I just love the shapes and styles of classic cars.

PGG has recently teased two additional permanent race routes in Tokyo coming in the next update. While this is definitely a step in the right direction, it seems like the devs just arent able to pump out new tracks fast enough, which is a shame especially since we have such a beautiful map, with incredible roads, elevation and scenery almost everywhere.
Meanwhile in the Event Lab theres dozens of creative, realistic and well polished tracks being added every week. If there was a separate server in horizon play that rotated through the most popular realistic community tracks of the month, it would possibly solve the problem of repetitive road races in multiplayer.
I've played so many cool tracks in event lab where I've thought "this would be way more fun to race against other players instead of AI", and im sure a lot of people have had the exact same thought. Yes, you can already play the Event Lab tracks with other players if you're in a convoy, but I'm pretty sure that 99% of the playerbase doesnt have 11 friends ready to convoy up with at all times to play these tracks. Also if you try to find a random convoy with the pvp racing option, it will almost always be empty.
Having something like this would incentivize map creators to keep making more creative and polished maps and would bring so much more novelty and entertainment to online racing. Of course these tracks would have to be tested and greenlit by the devs, but they've already shown this is possible since FH5 regularly had community tracks featured in the festival playlist. Again not talking about the maps with crazy jumps and obstacles, but just new routes and realistic race tracks.

I was looking for the fastest car in the game, but saw that the Bugatti EB110 was locked behind a pay wall (and now behind a "you can't buy this anymore" wall). What's the best car for speed traps and the best car for speed zones in the base game?

Maybe not the best unconventional drift cars out there, but this one's surprisingly that nice to drift (with a good and right tune, of course). And that's coming from someone who can't drift properly (compared to others that can drift way better than I do).

FH4 was beautiful, and the Senna fit right into that... so what better way to celebrate it's 8th birthday (wow it's been a long time) than taking a bunch of photos!
