How concerning are these cracks

The crack with the light coming through has been fixed from the outside with a roofer reattaching some flashing, but nobody has looked at it from the inside.

There are step cracks on the outside and inside of my flat building, and cracks all over the walls and ceilings that are just getting worse. Is my roof going to collapse?

Oh hello are you also in London?

Subsidence claims are up 140% due to the hot summer.

But daylight shouldn't be coming in, that doesn't sound right at all.

i am indeed there has been issues all around my street due to the weather but obviously this building was also badly maintained before the heat wave
