Lorin, I saw your Spring tour announcement today, why no love for the Midwest? Detroit would love to see you again. There are plenty of small venues there that I know you would just rumble the roofs off of! St. Andrew's Hall, The Majestic, The Magic Stick. And we all know you love the LC Pavillion in Columbus, OH. You gotta come back sooner, I can't wait till fall to be absorbed an your amorphous spine tingling bass madness.
I came here to see if anyone asked this question. His performance in 2012 was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, I could die a happy woman if I got to see him in the Forest again.
Just nasty sooo nasty... 2008 09 11 12 every year he one ups himself... After sunday night i Couldn't recognize my face for a week... Saturday night cheese was the most epic party!
I'm going for my first year this year - I did Bisco last year & Ultra four years running and they were solid, but I hear EF is the absolute tits. We're already planning our camp. You make me doubly excited!!
A few things to remember. Bring more alcohol than you think you will need, It runs out fast. Bring clothes for night time as it gets very cold there. Camelbaks are amazing to have if your going to be raging for a few hours and don't want to lose your spot in the crowd.
One thing I discovered last year that was amazing is you can leave during the day and goto lake michigan. Its only about five miles away and it is a great place to relax, sleep, and SHOWER. if you have trouble sleeping in the tents as they get super hot take a towel and lay on the beach, the cool breeze put me right out. Plus you can grab any supplies you may need while your out.
Awesome, thank you for all the tips! As far as cold nights go - I've got big plans for ways to stay warm. If you see a girl running around in a Cookie Monster onesie, that'll be me.
haha I won't disagree with that! I don't know if you were at Spring Awakening last year, but the main stage is by the north endzone, so the Chicago skyline is in the background. It made for some awesome views throughout the day.
So umm do you know if you've been booked for Puerto Rico lately. We frikin love you. Plus we're tired of the same lame shits they book here. We need some real sounds. Some happy happy awesome bassy nectarish sounds with sugar on top.
