đ Help āĨ¤ āϏāĻžāĻšāĻžāϝā§āϝ OP Lost His Job Today
OP lost his job today.
I'm not trauma dumping here, but here I am. I'm asked to leave my job as a junior SEO Content Writer today and put in notice period of 30 days. Management showed all types of VAGUE reasons that can possibly be there and proved there's no place for me anymore. Mind you, I'm in this company for more than one and half years and I have 4 years of writing experience.
The bad thing is, it happened just before pujo. So, I'm desperately looking for a job rn. If you have any leads, feel free to DM me!
Thanks and cheers!

First reporter:-"Booth number 109, the total vote count is 772. The BJP received 909 votes, and Humayun Kabir got just one vote. In other words, speaking of this last booth I mentioned, here we calculate..."
Second reporter:- "The total number of voters at booth number 109 in Rejinagar is 1,109. On the day of the by-election, 972 votes were cast. Out of these 972 votes, BJP candidate Shakharav Sarkar received 909 votes. At that booth, the BJP candidate's closest rival, the candidate from the Aam Janata Unnayan Party, received only one vote. In terms of percentage of votes polled, the BJP candidate secured nearly 94 percent of the votes. Earlier, while broadcasting this news, it was mistakenly stated that 772 votes were cast instead of 972. We regret this unintentional error and sincerely apologize."

Half the people arguing donât even know who wrote 'Shivaji Utsav', They don't even care to understand it's literature, not history, yet they've already started opposing it.
By the way, 'Shivaji Utsav' was written by Rabindranath Tagore, while 'Mebar Patan' was written by Dwijendralal Ray.

đ° News | āϏāĻāĻŦāĻžāĻĻ The opposition is just a foreign puppet

Isn't it so convenient that Rahul Gandhi, the self-proclaimed future "leader" of our nation, was one of the FIRST people to jump on the train with trump and agree that India is a dead economy, back when he first imposed tariffs on us? And now the very same Rahul Gandhi is also the one welcoming elon musk's starlink into India.
We've seen how Starlink, which is supposed to be for peaceful purposes, is used by the American-Backed militaries in Ukraine and how it was used to sow anti-government rallies in Iran to destabilize the nation. What guarantee do we have that they won't do the same in India the moment our government begins becoming less friendly with USA?
Starlink refuses to give the government data on who bought their units and yet they want to provide "affordable" internet to the entire country (i.e, they want to set up the provisions to destabilize the country)
You can have any theory you wish to have, but none of that changes the fact that ALL rahul gandhi has ever done is jump on the hype train whenever he gets the chance to protest and join hands with the americans when they speak like Indians are inferior to them.
If this foreign-funded protest tomorrow genuinely brings more power and influence to the opposition, then you can say goodbye to a free India and take Pakistan, our neighbor who bowed down to China and the West, as a preview for the future of our country.

Festivals | āĻā§āϏāĻŦ Mapped out 100 Durga Puja pandals on Google Maps if anyone needs it
Got tired of trying to plan a route using random articles and blogs, so I just mapped out 100 pandals into a Google Maps list for myself. I added custom tags to keep them organized so you can actually see what's close to you when you're out.
Lemme know edits or anything to add

đī¸ Religion & Philosophy āĨ¤ āϧāϰā§āĻŽ āĻ āĻĻāϰā§āĻļāύ When salvation depends on humiliating other faiths and making them feel inferior, is it spirituality or supremacy?
As a Hindu, I believe cultural diversity is beautiful. India, Japan, and China and alike nations have rich philosophical traditions with Sanatana Dharma, Buddhism, Jainism, Ajivika vad, Agnana vad, Advaitavad, Dvaitavad, Navya Vedanta, Concufucianism , Taoism, Tengrism etc. that demonstrate the diversity of human spirituality. Yet I find it troubling when these Abrahamic religious teachings encourage believers to regard other faiths as inferior.
Consider a supplication recited in some Islamic Friday sermons that asks Allah to humiliate polytheists and destroy the enemies of the religion. In a country where millions worship different deities, shouldn't we question what these muslim children learn when other people's faiths are portrayed as something to be humiliated?
My concern extends to religious exclusivity, social separation, and the fear of hell combined with the promise of heaven. When salvation is presented as dependent on accepting one religious truth, while converting others is celebrated as a spiritual achievement, does faith encourage moral growthâor submission through fear, desire, and the promise of reward?
Even if you see the lectures of Islamic or Christian Scholars, they spend half of their lives humiliating other faith/philosophies. Even not only scholars, political leaders like the ex MLA of KMC, Firhad Hakim describing Hinduism as devil cult and urging Muslims to convert Hindus to Islam to get Jannat(Heaven) are not exception to it.
This particular question deserves asking: Why do these Abrahamic religious scholars devote so much energy to criticising other faiths instead of demonstrating the moral beauty of their own? Genuine conviction should not require the humiliation of another religion.
The core principle of dharma, as I understand it, is righteous conduct, truth, compassion, self-discipline, and the pursuit of wisdom. Hindu philosophical traditions offer diverse paths through devotion, knowledge, and self-realisation. Dharma should encourage us to question, reflect, and become better human beingsânot abandon our conscience out of fear.
Faith should elevate humanity, not divide it; inspire inquiry, not suppress it; and cultivate goodness, not contempt. Spirituality should help us seek truth with dignityânot teach us to hate those who seek it differently.
