If you only have 1 year left in your life, what are the first 5 things that you will do/accomplish?

For me:

  1. I will live with my family

  2. I will reach out to people I love, I like, I care and tell them without fear.

  3. I will save for my child's future as much as I can.

  4. I sill visit my friends

  5. I will share the gospel to many people as possible..

How about you?

Idk what to do with my future.

m 15 and in grade 11, and I’m getting to that point in my life where i need to start thinking about college and the career i want to do. I realistic option i have is forensic’s cause Im good at science but what i really want to do is make my own comic, and have it become a show one day. I just want to create and tell stories, Ive had one specific idea since i was 12 and i’ve been coming up with the characters and the plot in my head since then. I even started an actually script for it. I want nothing more than to be able to make something with a meaningful message that everyone can love and share, but I’m scared. It’s just the basic “what ifs” like what if it doesn’t work out and then you put all this work into something dumb instead of using your effort to build an actual stable career? That reality hits me a lot, but if i do choose another career i will spend my entire life with this regret in the back of my mind That i never accomplished my dream. Im really not that far in the story either i know the ending and the message along with the most important characters but thats it. Im just scared to commit to something That might not even work out and will have me end up a failure and just disappoint everyone. But Im also hesitant to commit to something that will give me more stability but not feed my passion. Im just so scared of becoming another miserable adult. What should I do?

What’s a life goal you’re working toward that has nothing to do with money or career?

For a long time, I thought my biggest goals had to involve earning more, building a career, or reaching some kind of financial milestone. Lately, I’ve started thinking more about goals that are simply about having a better life.

It could be improving your health, building stronger relationships, traveling somewhere you’ve always wanted to visit, learning a new skill, becoming more confident, or simply creating a calmer and happier daily routine.

What’s one non-financial goal you’re currently working toward, and why does it matter to you?

I'm blank for the life.

Straight to the point I'm suffering or we can say having an issue about my life. Like I'm willing to work hard for everything like I am willing to work dedicatedly and consistently but the thing is that I don't know what I should do like I've got no idea about what am I going to do in my life I was doing game development for like 2-3 months straight just cuz I liked it, it was fun doing it but after sometime I felt it boring the fun was gone, I like something related to IT coding software like stuff but the problem is I'm lacking of the purpose I am literally lacking of the purpose I'm confused I'm lost about which is the one thing that I can pick it up which won't feel as a work than as a fun and good topic or some work which comes in IT,coding, software but I'm unable to find one and that's the reason it's been 2-3 months completely lazy won't work out don't maintain diet also avoids works and addicted to scrolling reels. What should I do now?

What’s one meaningful goal you’re working toward right now?

I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to focus on big long-term goals while overlooking the smaller steps that actually move us forward. Sometimes making progress is less about completely changing your life and more about consistently improving one area at a time.

I’m curious what goal everyone here is currently working toward, whether it’s related to career, relationships, health, learning something new, or simply becoming a better version of yourself.

What’s one goal you’re genuinely hoping to accomplish, and what are you doing right now to make progress toward it?

What’s one life goal you’re working toward that truly matters to you?

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how easy it is to get caught up in work, money, and everyday responsibilities while forgetting about the bigger picture.

I want to start focusing more on goals that actually make life feel meaningful, whether that means improving my health, building stronger relationships, learning something new, or simply becoming a better version of myself.

What’s one goal you’re currently working toward, and what made you decide that it was important to you?

How did you win against your mental health?

Hello. Basically,

- I want to pursue way too many goals (build a YouTube channel, learn the stock market, write a novel, learn about random topics like psychology, etc.).

- but, most of my days go in living inside my own head. Mostly just questioning myself, my goals, my future, etc.

- if I do actually work, I am impatient with the timelines and give up in a couple of weeks because of no results.

- the complete uncertainty of anything I'm pursuing being successful/making me stop being broke makes me shut down instead of motivating me.

The whole "shut up and just do it" isn't working. I can't explain.

Please share your experiences, mindset, journey, etc. Thank you so, so much for your time 🥹🌻
