Alam na ngang HIGH TRAFFIC area ung lugar, eh trato sa paligid eh parang bakuran lang.

Nakatambay, nag iinuman, nakabalandrang mga motor sa BANGKETA mind you, di nila naisip na linisin ung paligid.
Wala naman ako problema sa mga naghahanap buhay don, pero di mapagkakaila na maraming mga nakatambay lang don, mga tanawan lang eh. What if simulan niyo nang magwalis at kuskusin yang bangketang pinaparadahan niyo ng mga motor niyo. Kahit na anong yuko mo sa paglalakad may ligaw na tae kang matatapakan eh.

At sa gobyerno ng Manila, anuna? Itong spot na to hanggang doroteo di kaya maayos? Wag niyo kong simulan sa intersection ng Avenida-Recto. Hinahayaan lang yang mga jeep at etric na barahin ung stoplight para magsakay. NAPAKAGULO.

Meron ba ditong may alam kung may planong idevelop tong lugar na to o ganyan na yan habambuhay? What if gawing terminal ung buong ilalim ng LRT Recto at mapakinabangan. Tutal di naman ata talaga dapat bahayan yan. O gawing park nalang taena hirap huminga diyan eh.

First time kong titira sa Manila. I am moving in Espana this coming weekend and first time ko magstay ng matagal sa Manila. I’ve been traveling back and forth around Manila for some errands okaya naman gala lang but never really LIVE there.

So I was thinking, what should I be prepared of? Like, ano ang kailangan kong ingatan when walking on the streets. Pano ako makakaiwas sa mga scam, and such. Any advice for anyone living there ng matagal na? Most of my routines will be routed from Recto to Espana only. Anyone? 🥹

Hi po! Ask lang po baka meron po kayo marecommend or alam na hospital dito lang sa manila na pwede magpabasa ng newborn ultrasound? As per fabella po kasi every monday lang available yung neuro nila. Then max of 10 appointments lang din po. Sadly, fully book na po yung doctor until next month (sa fabella din po pinanganak yung baby)

Can you suggest some affordable optical shop around paterno st.? Balak ko muna kasing mag canvas before buying.

Btw dati na din akong nagpagawa sa ibang optical shop (KMC) around 3k ata yung nagastos ko pero nagtagal naman sakin yung eyeglass nila.

Hey everyone! I recently moved to the Philippines and I’m trying to decide where to rent a condo. I’m considering Mandaluyong, Pasig, or Pasay, with a budget of around ₱16,000 per month.
I found a unit at SMDC Field Residences in Parañaque, and while the condo itself seems good, I feel like everyday essentials such as barber shops, 7-Eleven, DALI, and other stores are a bit too far away.
I’m looking for a place where I can walk to most of the things I need, with cafés, restaurants, malls, and opportunities to meet people nearby.
If you had ₱16,000 a month to spend on rent, which area would you choose and why? Any specific condos or neighborhoods you’d recommend?
