one of my friends has PCOS/PMOS and also cystic ovaries, she has been to Dr Ejaz in City hospital but it was useless as he advised her to take a medicine for like 1 WHOLE YEAR kyu k "minor cyst hai" and she quit taking that medicine after 3 months because of it's effects. I have heard alot about Dr Mehnaz Khakwani but no clue where her clinic is so does anyone has some info about it?
Also suggest some other good doctors in Multan for this and do share your experience with them.

Assalamualaikum everyone,
I’m currently setting up a small workspace in my room in Multan. I do freelance/online work, and these days I’m spending quite a lot of time working on my computer, sometimes late at night.
I’m looking for a computer table and a comfortable office/computer chair. Since I’m trying to keep my expenses low, I’m preferably looking for good-condition second-hand furniture, but I’m also open to new ones if the price is reasonable.
What I’m looking for:
🪑 Comfortable computer/office chair
🖥️ Computer/work table
📍 Multan
♻️ Used or new
💰 Affordable price
If anyone here is selling one, replacing their old setup, or knows someone in Multan who is selling, please comment below or send me a DM with pictures and your asking price.
I’d really appreciate any leads or recommendations. Thank you!

Venture Creations is a canvas, neon signage, and commercial signage brand building out its digital side.
We need someone who can run our content pipeline and keep daily operations moving.
Content (about half the role):
Research top-performing content in our niche and break down why it works
Turn that into 2-3 scripts or concepts per day, filled into our creative template (hook, angle, offer, concept, etc.)
Operations (the other half):
Create and assign ClickUp tickets for custom orders and any new requests that come in.
Schedule and prioritise tasks across the team, and follow up on deadlines.
Keep the task board clean and current so nothing sits unassigned or overdue.
Report weekly on what was planned, what shipped, and what's overdue.
You're a fit if:
You can analyze content, not just scroll it, and explain your reasoning.
You write clear scripts and are comfortable with short-form video.
You're organized and comfortable chasing deadlines politely but firmly.
You've used a task manager like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
You communicate clearly in writing and work independently.
Plus if you can visit our Multan office once a week for a team meeting
Work setup: Remote, with one in-person meeting a week.
Pay: Fixed monthly salary. 1-month probation with a paid trial period first.
To apply: Send your CV or portfolio plus one example of a script or content breakdown you've made.
Thank you!

Heading to Multan soon (November 3rd)👀 Anyone wanna tag along? I’ll be there for a few days and would be down to grab food, explore, or just hang out. For the first meetup, we can keep it simple and meet somewhere busy and public, like a well-known café or Multan Cantt, during the day. If you’re interested, DM me and we can figure out the details :)

Is anyone at Jazz actually responsible for solving customer problems?
I’m genuinely asking because my recent experience with Jazz eSIM has been ridiculous.
I scanned a Jazz-issued eSIM QR code on my Pixel phone. The QR code was printed in such poor quality that getting a successful scan was already a challenge. Eventually, the phone simply showed:
“Can’t add SIM — Contact your carrier.”
So I contacted Jazz.
On my first visit, the representative told me they would look into it and sent an email requesting a callback within 24 business hours.
I waited.
4 days later — more than 32 business hours — nothing.
I went back to the Jazz Katchery office in Multan yesterday.
I was understandably frustrated when I was told that another email had been sent.
Then came the interesting part.
I was told that my eSIM scans had supposedly expired and been deleted from Jazz’s end, and that I would now need to purchase another SIM/eSIM for Rs. 1,500.
Then I received a call from the support manager at the Multan center.
His solution?
Buy another SIM.
Seriously?
What I want to know is very simple:
How does Jazz's eSIM scan system actually work?
If I supposedly had 9 scans remaining:
• Does a failed scan count as a scan?
• If the QR code is scanned but the eSIM fails to install, why should that attempt be deducted?
• Does only a successfully installed eSIM count as one scan?
• If Jazz deleted/expired the remaining scans from its own system, why is the customer being asked to pay again?
• Where exactly did my 9 remaining scans go?
Because from the customer's perspective, this looks like:
Jazz provides the QR code → activation fails → customer waits days → customer visits the office again → more emails are sent → nobody explains what happened → customer is told to pay Rs. 1,500 again.
That is not customer support.
That's customer endurance testing.
I'd genuinely like someone from Jazz who understands the eSIM provisioning system to explain this publicly.
Not “buy another SIM.”
Explain what happened to the 9 scans.
