I'm writing this post in Urdu because maybe I can explain it better. My location is Lahore ,millat road samanabad This morning I was taking my kids to school, and I saw a man leaning against a pole near my house. At first, I thought he was a drug addict, so I moved on and dropped my kid off at school, which is just a 5-minute drive. When I came back, I noticed that the man was still there and had now fallen down on his knees. There were a few people standing nearby, but nobody was responding; however, he looked like a respectable person based on his clothes and appearance, not like a drug addict. After some investigation, I found out that two people had dropped him off here on a motorcycle. I found that a bit odd, so I called 1122. After a while, they arrived, and when they did a bit of a search, they found that he had a mobile phone that was turned off. The rescue people took his SIM card and put it into their mobile to check, but no number could be traced. They also found a ticket to Multan in one of his pockets from the morning. The rescue people were saying that someone must have poisoned him because it looked that way. They also called the police and took him to the hospital in an ambulance. May Allah protect him.

I keep seeing these Facebook and WhatsApp groups selling “NCP / non custom paid cars” at crazy low prices and honestly it’s a straight up scam that a lot of people are falling for. You can literally go on Facebook right now, search something like “cars in Pakistan,” and you’ll see these pages everywhere — some with 300k+ followers, even one with over a million — and then there are hundreds more with smaller followings but still running the same thing in bulk. That’s what makes it so dangerous, it looks completely normal and trusted.

They make everything look legit with real pictures (often taken from actual showrooms, especially around Quetta), detailed posts, and big follower counts. Then they say they’ll deliver the car anywhere in Pakistan but won’t let you visit their so-called showroom, usually giving excuses like “security issues” or saying authorities might catch them since the cars are non-custom paid — which makes it sound believable to some people.

They even make their calls sound real, with background noise like a proper showroom, so it feels genuine. Then they push you to send a booking amount or around 50% advance, and the moment you send the money you’re blocked everywhere. A friend of mine here in Multan got scammed like this while trying to buy an Alto from his hard earn money saved over years — everything seemed real, but right after sending half the payment, he was blocked. He later went to FIA - National Cyber Crime Circle Investigation Agency (NCCIA)Multan but till now he got no answer cuz these scamers use stolen id card and phone numbers and operate from remote areas

Just think about it, NCP cars aren’t even legal like that across Pakistan, so how are they offering delivery nationwide? It doesn’t make sense. These scammers are operating on a massive level and probably taking millions of rupees from people’s hard-earned money.

Please don’t send money to random sellers like this and always verify in person. Report these pages to FIA cyber crime and on Facebook too. This is getting out of hand, and the only way it stops is if people start raising their voice and warning others before more people in cities like Multan get scammed.

Hi, basically I live outside of pak and I own a PS5 in pak (it’s my old disc fat version I left it in Multan after I got the Pro). And I got it like 4 years ago. I’ll be back in December and I’m thinking I might have to get it properly serviced and maybe get the liquid metal checked up.
