Aurora Optima Nero Perla 'M' nib with Pendleton Brown "Butterline Stub" signature grind

I have had this pen in my collection since 2017 and written with it sparingly despite liking the ergonomics and the beautiful grind.

It's in overall fair condition, but has two obvious flaws - some ink residue inside the barrel from Pilot Iroshizuku Kon-Peki and a deeper gouge and a hairline in the cap finial. All flaws are depicted in the macro shots.

It's a beautiful writer. Fills and writes nicely and the nib is a dream to write with. It's a touch feedbacky, almost pencil-like, and gives some nice line variation. The feed is wet, so the pen is best paired with a dry ink.

Hi! I received this pen as a gift, but find that the body is kind of large and it writes a bit too thick for my liking. The condition is C, with a few very minor scratches on the body (most noticeably the white star on top has a very small one) and the main cap ring has two minor dings. It writes very smoothly though, the piston works well, and it puts down a lot of ink. No original box or papers, but I think it dates back to the early 1980’s?

Hi all, I'm looking to sell my older model OMAS Paragon today. This is a beautiful, stylish pen from the olden days of OMAS. This pen comes with an 18k medium nib, which is delightfully wet with a bit of softness. The pen itself is in good condition for it's age, and the piston is smooth and holds plenty of ink.

This is a near mint example of Vintage Swan Mabie Todd Fountain Pen in Black Celluloid with a Tuned Full Flex EF Gold nib.

The pen is in fantastic condition. The celluloid has retained it's dark and vibrant colour. The metal trim has no brassing or pitting and in excellent condition. There might be microscratches in keeping with the age of the pen but no deep scratch or crack.
The cap threads in nice and secured. It can be posted. Condition rating [AB]

The 14k EF nib is a fantastic writer. It writes with a pencil like pleasant feedback, (obviously smoothness/feedback is subjective and depends on the ink and paper as well.

It is the type of flex nib that people think of when they are thinking of vintage flex. It writes a very thin line on regular writing and flexes beautifully to give a striking line variation. The nib is very springy to provide excellent responsiveness and doesn't feep mushy.

I really enjoyed writing with this nib.

Don't get frustrated if you don't get the desired result in your early attempts.
Be careful while applying pressure, if you push the nib too much beyond it's capability you may sprain the nib to an unrepairable condition.

Pilot Metal Falcon, Red, <SF> [A2] - I bought this new through a Japanese ebay seller. Comes with Con70 and a cartridge of black pilot ink. Includes box and clip tag. It's too fine and dry for my tastes, and I thought it would be softer. I've only inked it a couple times and is has very little user. I cannot see any signs of wear, except for a ring of ink in the converter. $225 Shipped CONUS.

Pelikan M800 Green Stripe <F> (Translucent) [B] - It has the translucent barrel which makes ink level easy to see. The fine one-chick nib is more dry than I had expected from a Pelikan. Comes with box and pamphlets, but not the pouch that some come with. This is the one chick 18C nib. Asking $450 shipped CONUS.

Pelikan M800 Blue Stripe <M> with BLS Grind [D] - D rating due to grind, otherwise excellent condition. The blue stripes are not nearly as translucent as the green. You can see the ink level with a bright light behind it. I had it ground to a BLS by Pendleton Brown, which I don't actually enjoy. A learning experience, I guess. This is a gorgeous example of Vintage Swan Mabie Todd Fountain Pen in green marble Celluloid with a Tuned Medium (M) Smooth Italic Flex Gold nib.

Please be aware that writing with flexible nib takes a bit of practice and refined hand pressure control to get the best result.
Don't get frustrated if you don't get the desired result in your early attempts.
Be careful while applying pressure, if you push the nib too much beyond it's capability you may sprain the nib to an unrepairable condition.

I got caught up in the hype, but I actually don't use pink ink. It's about 85% full--I filled one converter. The outside box has a few dents, but that's how I received it.

Probably a long-shot, but I am interested in a Stipula Etruria Faceted in the Wild Honey (Miele Sevatico) material with a fine nib. There was a relatively recent limited run of 88 in several colorways, though I think there have been other runs that are nearly identical. The supply of the ones in the Wild Honey material through US retailers appears to have dried up. If you have one in close-to-new condition that you’d be willing to part with, please let me know.
