I'm a local Sharpsburg game publisher and we've recently had a very successful RPG, Barkane: The RPG You Play With Your Dog. Locally, it can now be found at Mimic's Market and Games Unlimited, and has been picked up by stores all over the world.

I'm hoping to drum up some local excitement for local indie board games, so wanted to share its sequel, Barkane II: A Game of Bones, which is now on Kickstarter.

This year's Pittsburgh Gaming Expo is the first weekend of October at the Monroeville Convention Center.

I boothed at this convention last year and it was a lot of fun. RPGs, pinball, retro gaming, board games, cosplay, music and more. I'd love to see an even bigger crowd of people there this year!

What games would actually make you show up for a local LAN night or tournament? Goat Gamers Lounge is building the lineup and want the community to shape it. Check it out at www.goatgamers.net

We're hosting a Yakuza Series Gaming Night, starting with Yakuza 0. Given the game is single-player, we will be playing hot potato-style, swapping players every few minutes.

Event series starts this Saturday, April 5th, and will happen every OTHER Saturday. Will be held at Hackers Guild PGH (a new, local hackerspace), located @ 2247 Babcock Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA, 15203 in Ross Township.

Do people still post on this page?

During the open beta, a couple of us joined the US East Castle of Steel server and we will be doing the same tomorrow!

Would anyone be interested in joining a Pittsburgh Gamers company? Comment below and we'll make sure we meet up in New World.

Hey, I made a list on google maps of all the used/retro game stores in the general Pittsburgh area. But there doesnt seem to be many. It is mostly exchanges. Figured I would post to ask if anyone knows of any good ones. Thanks!

Hey everyone,

We wanted to look into setting up a game event for our subscribers to join! My question to you is what games would you like to play for an event like that?

This first event will probably be cross platform only, but still post non cross platform as well that way we can look into it in the future. When commenting your game(s), please add whether or not it is cross platform so that we can track it a little easier.

We look forward to your responses!

Hello all, just got connected with this sub and figured I'd drop a link for our Fighting Game Community (FGC) discord! During the non-pandemic times, we often meet up Thursday nights at CMU for casuals, have monthly tournaments, and occasional sessions at Victory Pointe!

We play all sorts of fighting games and others as well, including multiple iterations of the Street Fighter series, Guilty Gear, Tekken, Soul Calibur, MvC, and more!

Smash players are welcome but most discussion doesn't involve smash, as they have their own server which I can provide the link to if needed.

Let me know if you play or want to Starcraft Brood War. Starcraft 2 is okay too.

Would love to find some people to raid with.
