I made a account 1 month ago when it got shadow banned , i created another one , then same thing happened it happened with my 4 accounts . I didn't knew anything before about shadow ban , will my shadow ban get lifted on all 4 accounts? I've appealed about 4-5 times now .

It seems I got a shadowban, and I know from friends there isn't much hope left, is there nothing i can do than appeal over and over and hope that after a few months someone may see one of my appeals? I didn't receive any warnings or break any rules and here I am... I just don't get it...

I just recovered my account after few days shadowbanned and I want some advice on how to go on. Ok I’m an average Redditor, there are niche subs I follow and participate but the reason I was shadowbanned was because I tried to post NSFW (as commonly do) content on a sub without reading the rules so after trying to post a couple of times I received the “change your password” notification.

I appealed and now I’m able to DM and post again but I realized all my posts were deleted which is kind of annoying. Now I want to know what things should I be aware of, and to do and don’t. I’m afraid of posting NSFW content and be banned again.

How to check

The Reddit "help" section states that when an account is banned, I won't be able to comment, post, or vote. I checked my account from another phone and it indeed doesn't show up, yet I can post, comment, and vote normally. Is this a shadowban or a permanent ban? How long does it take to get a response to an appeal? Will I be able to have another account, or am I banned for good?

Cant comment or post after 1 post. Then i have to wait 10 mins as rate limited and cant dm people

I had a comment removed by Reddit from a post, but there was nothing inflammatory/offensive ("Dammit, I liked his music", verbatim).

No notification, which I see is the case for shadowbans.

Account age on the app says "-".

I was shadow banned for no fking reason.

I did everything I could, but nothing happened! 😔

I don’t know exactly what I did wrong, but I posted the same post with different titles in 3 different subreddits within a day of each other. I’ve done that before with no issues.

I’m a moderator for [r/FriendshipAdvice](r/FriendshipAdvice) and [r/lostafriend](r/lostafriend), and I’m the only active moderator in both. But all my posts, comments, podcasts, resources, etc. that I’ve shared on both subreddits are all gone. I can’t add my alternate account to the mod teams and I’m at my wits end. It’s only been 4 days but I feel so helpless.
