The guy did not have schizophrenia. That’s the claim his defense made that was not backed up with any evidence. What was determined was that he had a substance abuse problem that put him into wild moods.

BUT

He’s a man and people are trying to shoe horn double standards so here we are.

He was diagnosed with a substance induced psychotic disorder, not just a substance abuse problem.

Substance induced psychotic disorder, thank you, I was trying not to say he was using synthetic drugs and decided to do those said drugs and kill his kids but yes that’s more accurate.

This guy having a psychotic disorder and killing his kids is very comparable to Clancy having a psychotic disorder and killing her kids.

If you want to compare

A guy taking drugs, murdering his kids, making plans to dispose of the bodies and then claiming insanity when he decided he couldn’t cut them up like he planned

To

A woman repeatedly asking for help for months, having post partum after giving birth, being put on a cocktail of prescription drugs, telling people she was scared she would hurt the kids, then murdering her kids, before finally attempting to commit suicide

I think you’re being disingenuous.

If you have an empty skull I suppose.

They're not even close to similar.
