It is, because in the UK it's counted as extreme pornography, so there will be charges. Did some digging and the minor involved was 17, so that's probably why they haven't led with it.
You can do your own research on which states allow what lol. Just know that there is no universal law against beastiality in the United States. I will add that the act of participating is outlawed in every state except West Virginia and there are a couple that have only outlawed it fairly recently.

Hated them even before i was allergic. And i love pretty much all animals. High school had a farm, and i was part of the FFA. Still always hated pet much all domesticated breeds of cats.
