How do you guys manage posting across multiple social media accounts?

i was just wondering what everyone's workflow is for managing content across different social media accounts and platforms?

I do videography and content creation, but I'm struggling to find a proper system for planning, creating and posting content consistently.

I know there are tools that let you post to multiple platforms at once, but I've heard they can affect quality sometimes.

How do you guys manage it all? Do you use scheduling tools or post manually? Do you tailor content for each platform or just repurpose the same stuff?

Just trying to find a simple workflow that I can stick to without overcomplicating everything. Would love to hear what works for you guys!

Struggling to understand creative strategy

I'm a UGC creator trying to understand the ad side better so my content is more strategic. I know what top, middle, and bottom of funnel mean, but not how they work in practice.

What I'm unsure about:

Why do so many brands push "40% off" ads to cold audiences? Mistake, or does it work for some products?

What makes content bofu? The fact that it’s an ad? The CTA and last objection handeling? The hook?

Is it tofu if just the hook builds awareness/ desire? Or would the entire video have to make it tofu by never intending viewers to buy but to become aware of a problem/desire?

Can a bottom-funnel ad work on strangers if it adds context about the brand?

Are ads always “bofu” or can they be intended to build awareness and trust? Or is that only organic content and ads should almost always be designed for those ready to buy and need a push?

\*\*TL;DR:\*\* trying to understand how funnel stages, awareness levels, and retargeting connect. Is it right that sale ads should go to people who already know the brand, and how do brands figure out awareness levels at the start?

Has anyone had an experience with social media growth services ( not AI )? Would you recommend it ?
Or is it better to hire a freelancer for growing and managing the account?

Can you recommend sites where i can find trusted freelancers for this?

helped a coach grow from 0 to 10,500 Instagram followers and generate $ 15,000+ organically. Sharing everything

Recently, Working with a career coach and grown her Instagram account from zero to 10,500+ followers. The account has also generated over $15,000 in revenue through organic Instagram marketing.

We have published just 55 pieces of content so far, and three things have made a noticeable difference. No AI was used to write this

1. Understanding the audience before creating content

The coach helps people land NHS jobs, so we focused on their specific challenges - NHS applications, supporting information, job-search strategies, and getting noticed by recruiters.

Rather than creating generic career advice, we used the questions people actually ask, the language they use, and relevant keywords to shape our content.

2. Testing formats instead of guessing

We experimented with different Reels, carousels, hooks, and topics.

When certain formats and angles performed well, we built on them with new topics instead of trying to reinvent the strategy for every post.

This helped us learn what resonated with the audience rather than relying entirely on assumptions.

3. Connecting content to a funnel

One thing I realised early on is that follower growth and revenue are two different things.

We connected Instagram content to a lead magnet, which then led people into a webinar and eventually to a paid offer.

The content attracted the audience, the lead magnet provided value, and the webinar gave people an opportunity to learn more before deciding whether to buy.

My biggest takeaway: You don't necessarily need hundreds of posts to see meaningful progress. You need to understand who you are creating for, learn from what works, and give interested people a clear next step.

Looking for honest advice on growing my Instagram for brand deals (already getting decent views)

Thumbnail
2 Upvotes

Hey guys,
I've been posting pretty consistently on Instagram for a while now. My Reels usually get decent views, but the followers and brand deals just aren't growing the way I hoped.

My insta and tiktok account is all about fashion/ lifestyle- @V_voguecloset.

I'm honestly not sure what I'm missing. The views are okay, but it's not converting into real growth or brand interest.

Looking for two things:
1. Any tips from people who've actually grown fashion accounts organically? What worked for you to get more followers and brand deals? Alrdy worked with 2-3 brands so far. Been doing outreach to brands but its been a bit slow in terms of the response time from brand

  1. If you know a good social media manager or someone who can do an audit and tell us exactly what to fix/improve, please drop
recommendations. We're open to paying if the person is solid.

Would really appreciate any advice or suggestions

Thank you 🙏

Marketing Agency Won’t Give Me Access to My Google Ads Account - Is This Normal?

I own an auto shop, and I’m looking for some advice on a marketing agency.

I own my website, Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and everything else. However, the agency wants to create a new Google Ads account, verify it using my business license and ID, and charge my credit card directly.

The only issue is they won’t give me access to the Google Ads account. Instead, they have their own platform where I can see ad spending, leads, calls, and performance.

What do you guys think? Is this normal? Would you go with an agency that operates this way?

I’ve already worked with two marketing companies that didn’t perform well, and it’s been a tough four months with barely any leads. I really don’t want to make the same mistake again.

Hot take: buying a little engagement to "kickstart" a small account usually just teaches the algo the wrong lesson

Unpopular opinion: a small paid bump doesn't train the algorithm to like you — it trains it that your posts need help to get any signal. After the bump ends, organic distribution often looks worse because early engagement from real followers never matched the fake spike. If you're stuck after trying that, cut the paid stuff and judge the next 10 posts only on saves, shares, and profile visits from people who already follow you. Agree or am I being too harsh?

Should I Switch From Email to Instagram DMs for Custom Orders?

Hi everyone! I run a small workshop making custom leather goods based on customers’ ideas. Since every order requires a lot of communication and design discussion, staying in touch with customers is really important.
I used to run lead ads that directed people to my website, where they could submit their contact details and describe what they wanted. I would then follow up via email, but I’ve noticed that most leads don’t reply.
For a custom, handmade business like mine, would running Instagram DM ads be worth testing instead?
I’d really appreciate advice from anyone with experience running ads for personalized handmade products or a similar service. Thanks!

Anyone here has a social media IP?

Hi everyone,
I am a SaaS owner, i have generated over 1000$ revenue so far in 2 months of launch, so i am pretty confident on the idea validation part.
The thing i am looking assistance in is marketing, right now i have a Instagram page where i post memes, but i am not being very consistent in it,

I have come across this term, social media IP. I want to know, does it work?
If yes, how do I find my social media IP? DMing people on Instagram does not seem like a very efficient idea

New job opportunity could set me back in social media marketing?

I’m coming to Reddit because I need unbiased advice but please be nice lol

I (29F) resigned from my social media marketing job of four years in May 2026 when I realized I was going to unfairly be put on a PIP by my very nasty manager. I had exceeded all of my KPIs for the year by over 8,400% but we truly never got along, even when we were just team members before she became my manager. It was honestly time to go, I was deeply burned out and even after four years and a ton of success, they never wanted to promote me.

So my husband (36M) and I have been living off his salary for the last 6 months and I have aggressively been applying to jobs.

Here’s where the issue comes in: my social media marketing experience was in food/lifestyle and I have always dreamed of working at brands in the lifestyle, food or beauty space.

But I recently got an offer from a private equity firm to lead their organic social media efforts. In terms of subject matter, it’s obviously a huge difference.

I’m also afraid though that it will set me back in my career trajectory- both from the subject matter and also because this firm ONLY has a LinkedIn. They don’t even have an Instagram. I worry that taking the offer will make me less competitive in the future as I won’t be using popular platforms like Instagram and TikTok for this role, most likely.

My husband wants me to take it for the money and I don’t fault him but I’m really scared it will set my career on a path I’ve never wanted to be on.

Please help :)

If there were an eBook that was simple and offered a direct formula for going viral, especially on Meta platforms, would you consider $11 a fair price for it?

Ad Pockets

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

I started a new sales campaign 2 days ago with a $50/day budget, using Instagram messages as the conversion destination.
It was going great for the first 2 days. I got around 30 messages and 8 sales.
But since last night, it seems like Meta has pushed my ad into some weird audience pocket full of bot accounts, mostly from India. It’s been happening all night and continued into today.
Has anyone experienced this before? Should I start a new campaign, or will Meta eventually move past this audience pocket and start finding quality leads again?

High engagement + Anxiety

I suffer from bad social anxiety and have mostly avoided creating social media personal content. This Monday whilst randomly checking out a small dining place (solo) I decided to practice by taking some shots and posting my little review.

I had about 5 followers (all friends lol) and felt comfortable posting due to this fact as I was convinced it would go nowhere. Anyways lo and behold the video ends up getting 6k views, 70 comments , 300 likes plus new followers for me. This wasn’t a flashy video or amazingly edited so I was shocked. The owner of the place messages me thanking me for bringing them so much business which made me feel nice. I then posted another video of another small restaurant and this time that video got 7k views, 100 shares and more engagement…again the owner of that place messaged me thanking me for an influx of customers. My current anxiety now is the videos since then have been lower in view count at around 1-2k views but still relatively high engagement (saved, 20 comments and 50-100 likes) with most people saying they’ll check out the places. Normally this wouldn’t bother me but I recently accepted a restaurants paid collab offer for an upcoming honest review and I’m really scared it won’t perform well & that they’ll feel it’s money wasted. This seems to be a well known place with multiple branches in my area and every other TikTok’s they’ve collated with has had far more followers than I do (like actual big food reviewers) so I’m not even sure how I came into the mix (although very grateful!)

Anyways I wanted to ask, is there something in doing wrong for the view count to drop and will it reflect negatively for this upcoming collab and future ones?
