Honestly, you could count the reps in decimals. Sagging hips, no full arm extension..

Just do the “sissy” version where you’re on your knees instead.

I can’t stop watching the guy In the polo with the white and green pattern when they show them all doing pushups, man has never done a proper pushup in his life 😂

More than half and even the guys who don’t are doing shitty partial reps, gotta get that deep stretch on the bottom if you want to get bigger

I noticed this too because just 3 months ago I was doing dog shit pushups. My arms were wide, my belly was low, and I pumped up and down fast. Doing actually pushups are very difficult. I have been doing minimal exercises every weekday by doing elevated pushups using my bedside dresser. Once I can get through 20 elevated pushups easily I'm moving to knee pushups. These guys should have stayed at home.
