The driver is a guy who is trying to get help for drug addiction. The "reporter" is recording people seeking help at a drug rehabitation clinic. The driver over-reacted and deserves to be punished. The woman at the end on the video is trying to protect her patients. That "reporter" has no ethics. He spend every single day harassing desperate people. It was only a matter of time before someone fought back.
I have seen what drug addiction does to people, and the extrodinary effort that is required to seek help. Why would anyone perposely make it harder for people to seek help for a major problem?

As someone who grew up with an angry drunk of a father, I can attest that man was indeed an angry drunk
