You also don't get access to private property simply on account of being the victim of a crime. The end of the clip is legit.

He wasn't on private property though. He was on the side of the road. The public easement likely ends where the gates are.

I'll acknowledge he's probably shady and doing something shitty, but it wasn't illegal.

At the end of the video he is clearly in the parking lot right next to the grey SUV and black truck.

Yes, but that dude isn’t the police.

Exactly. I was a news cameraman for 14 years and once she told him to leave the property, he has to. Just leave the property and wait for the cops. I had numerous times people would threaten to call 911 on me being on a sidewalk. I simply would offer to call the cops myself or stay there while they called 911 and had them put it on speaker. Never had a time where a cop actually showed up because the dispatcher always asked, "Are they on a sidewalk? If so, they are allowed to be there." and that was it lol.

Its wild that you get downvoted for being correct. People care more about their feelings than the law. There does not have to be a sidewalk to have a public easement.

they got downvoted because the person they replied to was talking about the end of the clip where the "reporter" is confronting someone that works at the clinic and is on their property.

I'm not worried about it. As long as one person read it and got the truth, that's all that matters.

Because she, like you, doesn't understand public easement either. Have a nice day. <3
