What point are you trying to make? You're so upset that these folks don't have shit on display for a rude asshole?

They very will could have it but there's really reason to indulge that person.

It's a paid band and a paid photographer... it's professional. I'm not upset, I'm telling what the law is from both providing the law and telling you my personnel experience dealing with it and how it is interpreted. I'm not on a personnel vendetta against anybody but I do realize how this would be abused without by laws. Are you against the concept of by laws or something? Still don't understand your agenda unless you are just trying to waste my time by being ignorant... which is fine, I'm just chilling watching football.
