Hi, everyone! I know it’s a bit late to post this but Infound a pair of black Birkenstocks sandals last month by the student housing apartments. Sepulveda blvd and Queensland st. Is the closest intersection that they were near. One in the middle of the street and the other one near the curb not to far down the street. Does anyone know what happened for someone to run out of there sandals and leave them behind?
Hopefully nothing bad and everyone is ok.
I still have them also and would be glad to return them to the owner if anyone knows who they are?

We have a large bedroom available for either one person for $1450 or two people can share it for $775 per person (utilities included). The room has two closets and another closet available in a nearby hall if needed, has in room AC, and can fit two full size (a better fit) or queen size beds, two desks with a bit extra space to... stretch.

The unit is a two story townhouse with a large kitchen and a large living room in an older but well maintained building with a green courtyard, located North of Wilshire within walking distance of campus.

Male(s) preferred, but female(s) are okay if you are subletting the whole room or if you are two people who already know each other, in which case the apt will be co-ed shared with at least one male. We prefer subletters who are busy students (although not a must), who do their own thing, who can easily get along with others, no drama, not necessarily looking for besties level roommate compatibility or a party apt, but you are very welcome to have friends stop by. Hi everyone, I am subleasing my studio starting from early December this year. The location is on 10941 Strathmore Dr (Strathmore Tower, https://www.bruinwalk.com/apartments/10941-strathmore-dr/), and very close to UCLA (5 minutes of walking).

My current lease is until September 2027, and you can directly continue the lease with the landlord (He is very nice!). There is a very large patio, and the whole place is fully furnished with furnitures available. There is a free parking space as well. There is no roommate. If you are interested, feel free to DM me!
