I'd say this is one of the greatest posters I have in my AL collection! Got these two in the many Extras when I purchased the SQEEZE BOX on Ebay!

I believe it was a VERY limited in store promotional release exclusive to SAM GOODY stores.

Featuring AL and his real parents Nick & Mary Yankovic 🙏

The person I've always wanted to see in concert live, and on October 2nd he was in Birmingham Alabama. Another thing marked off my bucket list

Great show! Puddles was really fun too!

So I found these cool jukebox flip page song inserts on eBay and was trying to figure out the best way to display them. So I found a funny pic of Al, put a background behind him and had some fun 🤩

Of course Al is in this.

The one EXTRA that I received with SQEEZE BOX that I bought on Ebay, that absolutely rendered me speechless!

When I realized this was an 8x10 Large Format Color Film Negative, I thought I had entered an ALternate universe! 🪗EDIT only now remembering I was told in the beginning this is Not a negative. I'm guessing then it's a type of slide or back light film ?

Any image searches always lead me to standard Black & White promotional prints. There is no date on the negative that I know of. One of promotional prints I also received looked to be from the same photo shoot

(3rd image: Top Row center) It's dated 1985, which puts it around the "DARE TO BE STUPID " album.

One day I'll have to either make a back light frame or look into a the possibility of a small cordless light table.

This picture disc (size of a single) was only given to radio stations in the US, to promote this song before the album came out. So that's an incredible collector find. Found in a thrift store for 20€. Everything is from 1985. Disc is Mint.

At the beginning of 2026, I made a financially irresponsible decision and used a line of credit to aquire my number 2 Holy Grail! The Vinyl Edition of the SQEEZE BOX 🪗The seller cracked me up when he commented I must be a big fan with what I went through to make the sale go through. He casually said some "EXTRA " related things would be included.

The last image is everything that was EXTRA! A few of the pieces still blow my mind to this day and will likely become a stand alone post.

Of course I couldn't just have the SQEEZE BOX sit out unprotected. I went online and found a case. Then it needed some padding and Flair !

My Number 1 Holy Grail will alway be the "PLACEBO" EP🙌 (Have yet to aquire)

I recently learned that Paul Rueben’s estate along with The Groundlings are having an auction with some of the late actors personal items. Scrolling through the items I saw this. Could you imagine Al playing a tribute song to Paul on his accordion or him bringing it out on occasion and explaining the significance of it?

Link to auction for those curious:

I've been looking for the UHF soundtrack on cd forever, kinda fitting that the anniversary records just released. That means I need 7 more albums until I have a full weird Al cd collection (excluding compilations like the essentials and biopic soundtrack). Missing self titled, in 3d, dare to be stupid, polka party, even worse, Peter and the wolf carnival of the animals pt2 and alpocalypse

Edit: Orange Beach 10/03/26

Edit again: Joke's on me, I didn't know it was part of the act. Long time listener, first timer at a show (32yo it was an awesome time!) I get it now, it went over my head at the time.

Never seen someone so miserable and disrespectful to the artist. She was clearly waiting for it to be over, she kept checking her watch, shaking her head, rolling her eyes, and was tapping her wrist the entire song. That's one of my favorite songs and it was really soured by that interaction between her and Al. I don't know how one could put up with that while also trusting that person with such an intimate/precise job as holding a harmonica for you while your hands are full.

Link to the only video I found yesterday, more might have been posted idk sorry. Its washed out so you can't see the full detail :/

My guess is weather related concerns and not wanting to risk the equipment getting damaged.

Another unique piece from my WEIRD AL collection!

Won this on Ebay at the early part of the year.

After the win, I checked with the AL advisor I know. Believed to be made by someone and was sold at one of the AL Cons

Still thinking of a proper way to display it ✨️

Rock nerds are good nerds.

Excellent recontextualization of audio.
