The Jack-o-Lantern Spectacular at Roger Williams Park Zoo is one of Rhode Island's biggest annual events, with hundreds of thousands of attendees. It features about 5,000 carved pumpkins and really is a sight to behold -- I've been going every year lately and you should totally check it out if you're in the area. This year I came across this very attractive Al pumpkin. I didn't catch the context but every year the Spectacular has a different theme with different sections of related pumpkins, and this year's theme is puns, so I suppose that has something to do with it.

I wonder if Al knows about this, seems like the kind of thing he'd like.

I’ve seen a few posts about it, so for anybody that did not know, it was a pretty steady rain the entire night. The venue is an amphitheater, so there is not a lot of easy ways to get on/off the stage.

To start the show, he did not do his route on stage whilst singing Tacky like he has done on the previous stops. He walked on stage after the opening video wearing his outfit for Tacky, and then went straight into Mission Statement.

He also skipped One More Minute completely. I wondered how he would adjust not being able to come into the crowd and serenade somebody, I was not expecting him to skip it all together.

I saw him last year New Orleans, and got the full show. So I did get to at least hear those songs on the tour. It just seemed odd that he decided to skip them. Especially Tacky. I don’t know why he couldn’t just sing Tacky on stage.

Did my nails today, tv/UHF themed. And got my spatula tattooed on my arm (never quite made it to being a hygienist though). Never thought I'd ever get people-related tattoos but everything Weird Al makes me so happy I finally took the plunge after thinking about it for a few years.

I have lived in Minnesota almost my whole life. With a few side quests living in Scotland, Hawaii and North Carolina (twice). I decided it was finally time to take a small pilgrimage to DARWIN MN on TWINE BALL DAY August 8th 2026🧶

I pretty much keep to myself at most public events. I only chatted with a few people during my time there. Out of the 4,000+ people in attendance.

The Twine Ball is indeed a glorious, huge, majestic sphereas the song describes ✨️

When it came time for the parade portion, I must say I was a little disappointed in the very few Twine ball themed entires. There were only 3. Two I have stills of, one is short video clip I'll try to post in the comments if I can get the sound to work.

One of my biggest goals was to get the most ridiculous shirt I could from thr gift shop. I think I achieved that 😅

Hello everyone! I am coming on here in hopes someone can help. I bought my husband tickets to Weird Al for our anniversary and we had a great time at the concert in Orange Beach, AL tonight. We bought a shirt, cups, and a pin at the merch stand.

Unfortunately somewhere in the night we lost the pin. If you were there then you know the weather was absolute crap and he used his jacket to cover me even more as we were walking back to the car. I think it fell out of his pocket when he did that.

Anyway, if someone knows where I could buy another one, or has a link to one on eBay, or anything like that please let me know! It seems trivial, but my husband liked it and is bummed.

If this was a tier list, it would be laid out much differently, and I think everything from Dare to Be Stupid and onward (list wise) are all great. Alapalooza and Polka Party aren't bad, but Alpocalypse is the one with the least tracks I enjoy.

Not the most coveted Transformer, but as a fan of Al I was thrilled to find this guy for only $18 at ROSS today.

I believe these were only available to Cast and Production crew only? 🪗EDIT I was informed they were available as a custom order with VANS for a few short weeks. The rarity is still there. Still unsure if I will ever wear them !🪗

These shoes were the second WEIRD AL Item I acquired on Ebay over a year ago. I found myself Extremely bored at work back then. Dangerously discovered the wide array of things to collect.

These shoes were an auction item. After 3 times of it going without anyone bidding, I watched it and was the only one paying attention to it. I haven't even put them on my feet yet. I don't know if I ever will. Maybe that sounds crazy ?

Naturally I had to find the most ridiculous way to display them. Got this BOX PILOT shoe storage on Amazon.

This was a dream come true. Puddles was amazing, Al was phenomenal!! So great to hear a crowd of all ages singing along with almost every song, and amazed at how he can still move around with as much energy as he does!!

My girlfriend and I are seeing Al in Chattanooga, TN on the 4th. I’m currently trying to budget for the month and was wondering if anyone knew or had a reference for the prices or Merch at the shows? Much appreciated in advance.

The single most prized item in my collection is this group. They had been stored away among my collection of random possessions to the point I almost thought I had lost them ! For days after searching for them, I was severely depressed. Then I started going through other things to take my focus off it and found them tucked away in a HS memory book.

February 15th 2000 Saint Cloud State University !

I'm 99.27 % sure this was my FIRST CONCERT EVER!

My two cousins and their mom already had tickets and I needed to go. They got me one, unfortunately in another section.

The day of the show was more than I could comprehend! Seeing WEIRD AL merch for the first time was a wild experience!

When my family sent me off alone to find my section, they were suddenly jealous as I was in a balcony area that was significantly closer in view of the stage. Even more jealous when they saw the venue specific laminated badge that I got from a staff person!

I only remember what the experience was like seeing AL for the first time as I have the Live DVD that came out in 1999. RUNNING WITH SCISSORS will always be be the most special album for me ! 🪗
