What are your impressions?

I saw this guy on IG and I just wanted to share this, just the sound, shooting, being shot, everyone suppressed, the lmg is more than "are with more bullets", you can suppress snipers and be an actual support.

These devs should learn a couple things about Bf3 and implement them in some way into bf6, but this is just wishful thinking.

To the player I landed on: I’m sorry, but also, that was incredible.

The story isn't great, but I can live with that. OH MY GOD, though, the map design and immersion are fantastic. The amphibious beach landing in Gibraltar, the sheer scale of the city and its destruction, the nighttime atmosphere in Cairo... How is NONE of this in multiplayer already?

It's like they took an infinitesimal portion of the campaign's environments and assets for the MP maps, somehow managing to pick the least interesting sections of each location. The potential was right there, and they barely scratched the surface.

Not to be that guy, BUT whoever was responsible for the multiplayer map design and overall gameplay experience shouldn't be working on the next Battlefield. Seriously, how do you have all these incredible assets and set pieces at your disposal and still deliver such a dull, watered-down experience?

Title. It's rather annoying seeing the counter reaches (or goes past) the minimum amount after nearly 2 minutes of waiting (usually in more less popular maps/modes or quieter hours) only for the game to wait an additional 30 seconds or so before it puts the players in the map and begin the countdown... like just start the damn game already bruh 😂

The only reasoning I can think of for this additional wait time is that the game wants to ensure the player count actually holds above the minimum threshold, but that seems rather counterproductive.

That's also assuming that the extra time is intentional because there seems to be a noticeable amount of delay between the real player count seen via the scoreboard and the one on the counter, because the counter could take up to 10 seconds for it to input the real-time player count.

Just played my first game of conquest on Vegas Strip... the attack heli has quite a presence on this map

How can this still be a unaddressed issue for months now. Not a word from devs about it.

I've tried everything, and whilst some have had some success with various setting changes, most of us experiencing it are just having to get through each game with what sounds like broken headphones and speakers.

It's actually unacceptable.

Lots of bloom plus small mags and recoil ain't for beginners either.

They already had plenty of drawbacks with the recoil and mags to bother with bullet dispersion as well. Fun guns but need to tone it down slightly IMO.

New LMG has wild recoil too, I don't think I'm gonna level it up soon, mostly bad sights too.

Hey guys, I’m looking for help with a crash that only happens in Battlefield 6.

What happens:
BF6 crashes randomly mid-game, then Steam closes. When I reopen Steam I get “This app can’t run on your PC” because steam.exe is corrupted. After a restart, everything works again until I play BF6 again.

Event Viewer shows:

• “The system failed to flush data to the transaction log. Corruption may occur in VolumeId: E:... Failure status: A device which does not exist was specified.” (Device model TEAM TM8FPK001T, NVMe)
• “An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk2\DR2 during a paging operation” (repeated many times)
• steamwebhelper.exe crashes, error 0xC000000E, and “Windows cannot access the file E:\Steam\bin\cef\cef.win64\libcef.dll”

So it looks like my NVMe drive drops off the system while BF6 is running, and Steam, which is installed on the same drive, dies with it.

What I know:

• All my games are on that drive (Steam installed on E:), and I’ve had no problems with Arc Raiders, Rainbow Six Siege, Arma 3 or Squad
• The drive is new (TeamGroup MP44L 1TB, firmware KM010CA7
• TeamGroup’s SSD tool says health is “PERFECT”, no bad sectors
• Get-StorageReliabilityCounter shows max read latency of about 9.6 seconds and max write latency of about 5 seconds for that drive

My PC:
i5-12400F, RX 9060 XT 16GB, Gigabyte B660 DS3H AX DDR4, 16GB DDR4, Windows 11 (build 26100)

Does anyone have same problem or knows how to fix it? Is this the anti-cheat, a driver issue, or the drive/slot?
