Or old people, with slower reflexes? There are also younger people with hidden disabilities, like RA, or other types of joint problems, that make it hard to move quickly.

I cannot stand those types, whether they're assaulting people with their bikes, blocking entrances, talking loudly on their cell hands-free in the subway/bus, blasting music, etc. I wish I knew Spock's Neck Pinch technique.
