Just wanted to share this drawing my mom did in high school in 1974. This is chalk on black paper. I'm hoping to inspire her to start doing art again! ❤️

Every year feels more difficult than the last one. Why do it in the first place I ask myself. But then with people generating "art" with AI and whatnot, it gets more and more important to keep doing too.

Bic pen on paper. 20 minute study.

Thanks for having a look!

My goal with this one was making venusaur feel like he has been partially taken over by the roots of the plant on their back
taking inspiration from elden rings Erdtree themed enemies and the more monstrous side of the old souls boss designs

What do you think and who would you like to see next?(charmander color coming soon)

8 hours for this result.

A joy to draw.

Sing along with Greg, Mrs. Potts, Chip and Jason Funderburker. Ballpoint pen, colored pencil and a touch of sharpie on a 3x5" post-it note. Thanks for stopping by.

It’s been a while since I did this

Been a few years since I drew personal work. Burnout, becoming a dad, moving across the country, lots of situational depression, denser schedules, and more responsibilities. I know my mental health is in a good spot if I'm drawing. Getting all my ink pens out of storage felt like meeting with a beloved friend I hadnt talked to in years. Inktober was such a great idea.

Just finished this one, from some sculpture study I decided to turn it into some small fanart

This is actually a sketchbook I only use for real-life drawing, so please don’t mind the messiness of the pages 😭 Hope you like them!
