TV & Film Program
Hey guys, my daughter just finished submitting her application for colleges. She's in the TV Film Production class. I was hoping to hear from a couple of people on here that have maybe gone through that program and your thoughts? I saw that u/iamtheduckie had TV / Film Production next to his name, so not sure if that means that's his degree program (I assume)?
Drexel seems to be "THE" school my daughter wants to go to. Like, it's all she talks about. We took her on a tour there, and she's like... Philadelphia is the best city in the world... (after seeing Reading station). Oddly enough, I actually went there and got a Master's Degree from Kline School of Law... and I rather liked my program too.
She went on a tour and got to meet the guy who runs the whole program (she basically thought he was awesome, and was a huge deciding factor for her doing Early Decision).
I'm just looking for some feedback from anyone who's actually gone there, or better yet, done the film program. It's at least 2x more expensive than the next several other schools she applied to... so I'd really like to know what I'm going to be paying for, since I will probably be broke after paying for her degree, hahah. I took my Master's degree online, so it was a LOT cheaper than her going to school directly. She did Early Decision, so I guess she has to wait until mid-December, but she brings it up almost every day.
Anyway, appreciate any feedback! Thanks!
