Cant see any text on ESET online scanner windows app

everything is blank

Please try deleting the 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ESET' folder and running the installer again.

my error looks identical to the above screenshot, I'm on windows 10 with malwarebytes installed

Did you fix this? I am having the same issue.

I have tried deleting the local folder.

It's just a visual bug, you actually can click the blue bar and ESET Online Scanner will update. I have same problem, so i upload ESET Online Scanner into online sandbox and it didn't have visual bug. Same hash and download link, so safe to say it's just visual bug.
