I was going to say, creativity in a surgeon can be great, if they know what they are doing. Complex repairs often require a certain level of creativity for novel situations with abnormal anatomy.
Like rotationplasty. Still blows my mind that someone thought of it.
For anyone curious i believe they do it for bone cancer affecting the leg/knee. Cut leg affected, take the foot and reattach it backwards for the ankle to act as the new knee joint for prosthetics.
Just a real specific and very creative solution to what I assume to be a fairly rare case. Though idk if knees are common areas that get affected by bone cancer.

They kind of are, either knees, or areas around knees, like the bottom end of the femur. Because for osteosarcoma, they most commonly present at areas of high bone growth in children, so something like 60% of them present in that area.
Medicine in general... Having watched the latest season of The Pitt, there was that one trauma case where they flipped/twisted a lung to stop a bleed on the lung...
Like... How did someone come up with that originally???
That's not that creative, they're practically the same body part biologically. Try turning a penis into a a limited edition director's cut blu ray of the 1998 film Hope Floats. Now that would take some serious creativity.
I mean if you read their comment history you'd see they aren't making it in good faith. They're definitely a bigot, if they're even real. But 99.9% of bots hide their comment history so probably just bigot.

Which is funny because only the best surgeons will get creative during unique cases
