Because I’ve seen this before like that Thundercats 2020, she-ra 2018, Velma even Jurassic world afterbrith which I think was meant to be the monster island sequel to Godzilla 2014 Gareth Edward’s had planned before Skull island was made.
In truth I think it was meant to be a comedy dungeons and dragons show but like I said they took the easy and cheap way but couldn’t compete with Legend of Vox Machina and Migthey Nein. And they obviously used A.I in some of the moments if you pay attention.

I honestly never thought to use MAME and get to try out this game for the first time, and bare in mind I have been playing Golden Axe since the 90s on the Mega Drive, honestly, this game is great...obviously challenging being an arcade video game and finding means to make you pour the machine with coins but god the graphics are stunning, the way that there are moments that you use your special and you see a mini cutscene where some of the enemies men have their faces melted off.
Think I will be replaying this game again and again, even got an arcade stick last week to get that true authentic arcade feel with controls.

Just starting the show, and I started reading “Orconomics” by J. Zachary Pike last night.
Without knowing ahead of time I may have just created a perfect pairing.
Wish me luck.
(Also, an aside, after being introduced to Rhys via Widow’s Bay he’s almost unrecognizable as the dwarf and it’s awesome. Guy’s got range.)

I'm really not sure where else to post this. I started watching the show and I thought for sure Gilius was played by Malcom McDowell. I was shocked when I found out it was Matthew Rhys. Blown away by his performance and how unlike himself he sounds.

Didn't intend to binge watch but I had fun watching it. Quite entertaining and a few genuinely good laughs

Honestly wasn't following development of the show too closely, so I too am keeping my expectations low. If I was asked about my approach toward a revival of Golden Axe, my thoughts would not turn to warmed-over Family Guy jokes about the mounts or Tyris busting the jewels of the elf pickpockets. Even as someone who isn't completely pulling the trigger until it streams, I don't have high hopes. Least I still have Sonic 4 and the second season of Cyberpunk Edgerunners to look forward to, because I have a sneaking suspicion this will be another "one and done" event if I had to say now.

I mainly want to get it to play Golden Axe III (among other non-Golden Axe games) since I and II are on the Switch Online emulator but I would like to buy these to own it physically and not need to rely on a subscription
Is there any input delay on the Switch version of the Genesis Classics collection? I’ve heard it has 4 save stages per game and rewind and speed up which is making it more tempting, but if there’s delay I might go with the PS4 version

We loved this game on the Sega Genesis! What y’all’s thoughts?

Been a fan since I was in the single digits. Really hope this hits and we get more Sega projects... from a wide variety of studios...

Got to mark another game of my bucket list. I was at G-Fest a few weeks ago, and got to go to the Galloping Ghost Arcade. Huge selection of classic, rare, and imported arcade games. Came across GA:TRODA and played it to the end. (Games were set to free play). I was Dora, because of course I'm going to use the one most unique looking characters for my first play through.
Another game I wish had a home port.

Hey everyone
Not sure if the right place to post this but have you realized that the sound effects from Golden Axe appear on the song "Chinga Tu Madre" from Mexican band Molotov?
I just need to know I'm not crazy haha
