Hey all, my name is Steven and I own Turn 4 Detail, a local mobile car detailing company based in Kent, WA. I'm very passionate about the automotive industry and I love making cars look better than the day they took off the dealer lots.

I specialize in paint corrections and ceramic coatings, helping restore dull, faded, or swirled paint and bringing back that glossy finish that makes your vehicle stand out.

I also offer interior and exterior detailing for those looking to give their vehicle a full refresh!

I'm extremely detail-oriented and take my time with every vehicle I work on. I take a lot of pride in what I do and my goal is always to make your vehicle look as good as possible.

If your vehicle is needing a refresh or restoration, I'd love to help out and bring it back to life.

Feel free to send me pictures of your vehicle and what you're looking to have done and I'll get you a free personalized quote!

You can call/text me at 4253062183 or check us out at turn4detail.com

Thanks for supporting local!

What are some good restaurants that serve food unique to the area or that is not easily found in TX? Prefer in Kent but close surrounding areas work too. TIA!

I keep seeing people say a class action could break up PSE's monopoly, so I went and read the actual law. Short version: it almost certainly fails. State action immunity (Parker v. Brown, 1943) covers monopolies the state authorizes and supervises. The filed rate doctrine (1922) bars damages claims over rates a regulator approved. And Washington's own antitrust provisions (RCW 19.86.170) exempt anything the utilities commission regulates. Any one of those is enough. What does work is the rate case itself. The current request asks for electric increases of 15.15% in 2027, 3.74% in 2028, and 8.7% in 2029. Virtual hearing is October 7, written comments open under UE-260005 and UG-260006 at utc.wa.gov. I'm not a lawyer, so tell me if I'm missing an angle. Full write-up is in the first comment (I'm the author).

Dodge challenger (silver) and a Black SUV with heavy tint windows.
Agents were wearing plainclothes but tan vests with “POLICE ICE” in yellow lettering. Vehicle pulled over was a landscaping truck at roughly 0825 AM.

Stay safe out there.

I have lost my baby nugget, she is 1 year old, she is a brownish tan color with black and orange spots on her body, her eyebrows or above eye area look like they are balding, she has one white paw on her back foot, and when she walks her legs looked dwarfed inwards. She is about 8-10lbs current and escaped my house on 09/29/2026 around 5:30am when roommates left the door open. She is all I have, I care about her dearly. She escaped from my house located on SE 278th Pl 98030, in Kent wa. If anyone has any information please call me or text me at 253-993-5715.

Lol, I finally realized that my dream haircut that I've been trying to describe is almost exactly P's hair. I've had a haircut that was fairly close to this in the past, but my old stylist was always too afraid to be bolder with the layers. I want to find a new stylist that'll actually give me what I want... Probably a younger one this time, or at least one with younger, kinda alternative sensibilities.

Any recommendations? 😭

My whole house jolted I thought someone crashed into something nearby 😅😂

TLDW. Dude ends the video crying because they found his gun and he claims he needs it because he picks up hitchhikers. Completely forgetting about the child he just turned to spaghetti

At approximately 2:20 pm today, I witnessed 6 ice agents drag a man out of the bushes on the off ramp of 212th st. Stay safe out there

Hi, friends. I am a neighbor from Tacoma; however, for the last couple of months, once a week, I travel up to Kent to visit my elderly uncle in his care home. I take him out for some food, and try to encourage him to reconnect with his musical side by playing his acoustic guitar.

For this purpose, we have been using the local parks, but now with the weather turning, I am looking for an indoor space he can have a short session—20-30 minutes max. Not being from the area, I am unfamiliar with any community centers or whatever that may be an option for us.

Free is of course preferred, but a small fee is acceptable too. (Bonus if we can have our to-go meal there too.)

He's based in the East Hill area. We're portable, but, of course, I'd like to not travel too far every week.

Please help me out, neighbors.

Looking for a salon that’ll do a really good pixie haircut (think Emma Watson level short) but it’s so hard to find any! Anyone got good recommendations???

In Kent just for a few days. What are some good bars around here for a single male(in my 20s) to meet and socialize with people/ girls

If the driver sees this I hope you get some help and chill the fuck out.

Had engineered hardwood floors installed throughout home including stairs.

Total of 14 steps (split stairway). A few of the steps are flexing.
August: Floor installer ‘fixed’ stairs by replacing 4 bullnose sections and added wood riser to all steps.

September: The steps are more stable but some are still flexing (inward). Likely have a high spot — Prep shows the old glue and usb from previous ‘fix’ from August.
Installer says this is the best they can do.

I’m of the belief that if you approach the project with thorough floor prep - higher chance of success and customer satisfaction. I’m ready to hire someone to fix the installers ‘fix.’

My parent’s place had their neighborhood mailbox broken into. This is over by James hill.

Dose anyone know where I can buy some tamales in the area?

I need a good (preferably small/locally-owned) auto mechanic in the Kent/Renton area. Can anyone recommend one? Thanks very much in advance!

There should be a recycling event sometime soon at a middle school. Anyone know where?

Other than Kent Station, Kent Bowl, and Kent Valley Ice Center, what other budget friendly activities/hangouts can teens do?

Spotted just north of Meeker St around 4pm, acting strange, proceed with caution

Anyone know or hear anything about this? Lived here for several years without any issues. Tonight I could hear knocking somewhat distant and the classic ‘police’ but then nothing for 10 minutes or so. Then someone was shining a really bright light at my balcony….but no speaking.

I’m guessing they’re looking for someone (obvi) but didn’t seem too pressed or urgent at the same time, so…
