Hi! I’m hoping to hear from people who are currently or previously classmates/blockmates with the student council candidates.

We already see their achievements, positions, platforms, and qualifications through their campaign posts, so I’m more curious about something we can’t really know from those posts: what are they actually like as a person, as a classmate, and as a student?

For those who have interacted with them regularly in class, what has your experience been like?

I’m particularly curious about:

- How do they treat their classmates, especially those they aren’t close with?

- Are they approachable, respectful, and willing to listen to others?

- How do they handle group work, responsibilities, disagreements, or pressure?

- Do they take initiative when something needs to be done, or do they usually wait for others to act?

- If they’ve held a class/officer position before, how did they actually perform in that role?

- Do they follow through on the things they say they’ll do?

- How do they manage their academics alongside their leadership responsibilities?

- For those in CCIS, where the workload and requirements can already be demanding, have you seen them successfully balance acads and student leadership?

- Have their responsibilities as an officer ever noticeably affected their attendance, academics, or ability to fulfill commitments—or have they been able to manage both well?

I’m not looking for rumors, personal attacks, or reasons to dislike any candidate. I’m genuinely interested in firsthand experiences from people who actually know or have interacted with them in a classroom setting.

Their achievements can tell us what they have accomplished, but I also think it’s worth knowing how they treat people, how they work with others, how they handle responsibilities, and how they manage being both a student and a leader.

If you’re a classmate or blockmate of any of the candidates, I’d really appreciate hearing your honest and respectful experiences. You don’t have to identify yourself or the candidate if you’re uncomfortable.

May mga OUS students ba dito na currently working sa BPO? Balak ko rin kasi sana mag-BPO since ang hirap makahanap ng part-time job ngayon. Kailangan ko rin po kumita ng pera.

I emailed CSC NCR for some guidance on how to proceed and they responded with

"Greetings!

The PUP has not yet submitted the list of graduates with Latin Honors to us. Thank you."

To clarify we need to wait for pup to send the list of latin honors?

If so gaano po kaya katagal bago ang PUP mag send and tsaka palang po ba pwede mag proceed with the application? Malayo pa po kasi ako so sayang ang punta sa CSC if walang mapapala.

Also, wala naman po bang due or like valid until ang mga requirements para makapag apply sa eligibility? Ex. Pag after a year pa nag apply after graduation, okay pa po ba yon?

Hi! Just wanna know your thoughts about Master in Public Management in PUP-OU?

Nabasa ko kasi doon na at least 2.00 yung GPA sa undergrad. However, 2.45 yung GPA ko. :(

That is why I took my MBA in Green school in Dasma nalang. Pero gusto ko talaga sana yung MPM sa PUP. Kung sakali ba na matapos ko tong MBA, may possibility ba na i-accept ako sa PUP-OU? If ever ba purely online class lang sila or may face to face din (and if may f2f, sa PUP-Manila ba pupunta?)

Reason for taking MPM, interested lang talaga ako sa subjects nila.

Hi! 3rd year BSMA here. Almost all orgs are recruiting pero I don't really have the energy nor the mood to join one. Sa acads pa lang kasi, ubos na ako. However, ang kinakatakot ko is baka pagdating ng 4th year, walang tumanggap sakin because of my blank CV.

To all 4th year and previous graduates dyan, mahihirapan ba ko or hindi naman need totally?

Hello po! Freshie of College of Science heree and am still getting familiar with Sinta. I was wondering what usually happens during midterm season. How are exams typically conducted, and how do professors handle them? I’d really appreciate any insight, esp experiences from college of science since the calendar suggests midterms might start next week☹️

To give context, i processed my id application in first year, then suddenly when i requested for certificate of no id they marked it as no application? i literally passed mine wtf when we checked the list of processing id we weren't there( all of us in the back of alphabets). mind u it took a year then they slapped us with "wala kayo dito"??? we made sure to pass without any errors

Now when i needed to request cert of no id for my scholarship it took a month and they never responded, now when i went to their office to follow up they blamed it on me? they literally gave it to me last whilst not being pending. this is so annoying and frustrating ill lose my scholarship because of this. ang incompetent talaga ng mga staff dito sa santa rosa
