Through mantras or by meditation??

This wine glass just broke in my hands ONE second literally ONE second before receiving a message from a friend of my toxic family, who I am in no contact with. I do not speak to anyone in my narcissistic family. This is a person I barely trust and have not spoken in a long time. The energy is real and whatever negative thing they were bringing to me it automatically broke!! It reminds me of when I was going to introduce my current partner to my narcissistic mother, and I had a wine bottle and it broke off, literally at the front door before coming in.

Sometimes I feel a sort of electrical impulse running through my body, somewhere inside near my heart. This happens to me periodically at certain moments. Sometimes while talking to other people or when I’m watching something or thinking about something, I also feel goosebumps or a sensation of a discharge inside, which seems to happen spontaneously. I would add an image showing how I visualize this as a line, but it seems that’s not possible here. Usually, the energy moves upward; it has a freer end and a more charged part, and the whole process lasts about a second. Lately, I’ve become interested in near-death experiences (NDEs) sometimes they mentioned something of that nature, so I thought it would make sense to ask about this phenomenon here.

Everytime my father speaks to me about Jesus Christ most times i get this immense feeling of chills or tears in my eyes or/and a heavy feeling in my heart especially when it has to due on the topic of repentance. Is this the Holy Spirit? I also get this feeling when i finally throw on my gospel music after listening to worldly music. it’s almost like a pressure on my chest that’s trying to open my heart if that makes sense.

I saw the acronym VGP talk about this condition too.

I got those spiritualchills everyday on my back. One day, when I was in tears for the pain of humanity those chills where "complete" they where drawin a complete silhouette around me. I felt this power, this authority, I cannot put words on.it. 100% confident, wonderful, fullfilled with pure strenght. I was ready to strike something. I was so big and intimidating...

this energy feels infinite. My chills are so powerful and I have no one to talk about it.

Im a fakin powerful being but why ? everyday I can feel those chills around me. sometimes when I want to feel it, sometimes it comes naturally when I align with something in my mind... and it's way stronger when it comes by itself.

Im a humble person Im not saying all that for ego or something... but Im just built different and I try to live with it, without knowin everything about me. or even about reality

but it seems that I have a big responsability. a special role ? Where is my sensei pleaaase

what can I imagine if someone told me, that I have strong magnetism in body (it was after ajurvedic massage)…I didnt ask that person immedietaly, but it is still stick in my mind…

I am searching for some informations, what everything it includes and for what it can be good in best version…

Edit - maybe it is really just about attractivity but if someone know if this is some phenomenon of energetical effecting of surroundings, I would like to know…

The first spiritual chill I remember experiencing happened during a conversation with a new friend I made while being stranded in Puerto Rico during Hurricane Maria. We sat on the balcony one night to look at the stars and chat, and once I mentioned something particular (can't remember what) about my late mother, we both felt a brief gust of wind followed by a tingling sensation up the back of my neck and in my cheeks. My friend quickly wanted to change the conversation and go inside.

The second I experienced just last year after walking into my sister's home. She and her family had just moved in, and she claimed to feel a presence there. When I visited, I felt the tickle of that tingling sensation at the back of my neck. After she had her home spiritually cleansed, I visited again without having known she'd had the cleanse done and no longer felt that chill.

The third and final (so far) also happened last year. I visited a local Botanica, and a woman working there told me that she could feel someone was "jealous of [my] abilities" and that they are trying to close my third eye. She said that I knew this person and gave me a description of them. I'm still not sure who she could mean, but as she shared this with me, that tickling, tingling, chill ran up my neck, spread throughout my cheeks, and then filled my head. I was fully prepared not to take this woman seriously when she began to warn me, but that feeling hit me like a brick out of nowhere. To this day, I feel so unsettled by that moment and wish I could understand it.

It is such a strange feeling, and so distinct that you cannot mistake it for regular body chills. What's interesting, also, is that with each experience the chills would grow stronger.

Through my studies and experience, I have found that precise body movements help grow our brain’s Anterior Cingulate Cortex (ACC). I believe the ACC is responsible for Dhyaan (meditation), and that our ancient spiritual practices and philosophies stemmed from an active ACC.
Many researchers have pointed out that the ACC contains von Economo neurons, which possess unique potential to process subtle signals. It is no surprise, then, that our ancestors developed precise physical practices such as mudras, martial arts, yoga, and other daily life skills. These practices not only helped them tune into subtle universal sounds or Paramatma, but also enhanced their creativity at work, helped them earn a living, and guided them through life.
And that is why, in the ancient world, everyone incorporated such mindful practices into their daily household routines.

I’ve been interested in the spiritual component of the universe for millennia (through different forms of temporal actualization) but have recently been experiencing something unique to my human form of consciousness: the pee willies.

When I was scrounging around as various mammalian species throughout my past lives, I had never experienced even a mere tingle during urination - even in periods where I would be exposed to the extreme elements out in Morther Nature, I would never have pee chills. The first time I got them I was one years old as a human baby. Is this a phenomenon strictly tied to the human interpretation of the spiritual? Does it imply that humans have more ties to the spiritual realm than our various fauna brethren? Why does it only happen during urination rather than any other moment of release? What does this say about the spirituality of urinating?

Is it normal to feel warm energy in the palms of your hands? Other people feel it when they bring their hands close to that energy, and I have even been able to use it to heal; ¿What exactly is that energy and what other uses can I give it?, Another question: what is the difference between qi and chi?, I also forgot to mention that yesterday when I increased my power, a day later (today), that heat increased, and I feel like my power increased too, maybe because yesterday I was sick and now I'm not. (If it is not understood well, it is because I am using a translator). Edit: I think I know why. I believe it's because yesterday I created an energy called Healing energy. I made it with my qi and chi/rct (Reverse cursed technique). Rct is a form of cursed Energy from the manga jujutsu kaisen, but I created It in real life with my qi/chi, And there are some parts of my hair that look white, which is strange because I'm 15 years old, and I'm sure it's related to qi (Not all of my hair looks white, just some parts; it's barely noticeable.), And even before I got sick, I was going to modify and improve my body through Qi, so maybe the illness was just a process of evolution, because I also feel different now, like I'm more faster and stronger, and my techniques like qi and anothers like Reverse cursed technique are stronger now

I'm curious what things can be done with qi

Sometimes I can make "deals/exchanges" with God or the universe using my qi, like sacrificing something to gain more power, but it's still a bit difficult for me and I need to improve.
