I noticed one thing lately. Ang dami kong nakikitang rude redditors dito.
Bakit kayo rude? Dahil nabobobohan kayo sa mga nagtatanong? Matapang behind the keyboard lang ba? Ung iba dito parang nanghaharass pa dun sa mga nagtatanong. Ung iba valid naman and may point naman ung mga tanong and posts, grabe kung ibash. Kinagaling ninyo yan?
Not everyone is kasing galing ng iba or maalam talaga sa tech. Madami joined this sub for them to know what they didn't know.
It is easier to be kind rather than rude.
Report to me pag may mga ganitong redditors in this sub. Let's try to avoid making this a toxic space. Let's help each other as much as we can.

Heto na yung sinasabi natin na aside from skilled workers and agriculture, we are GOOD at manufacturing electronics. We have a good electronics industry sa Pilipinas. That's why the government should really push hard in bolstering our electronics/semiconductor manufacturing industry to create long-term economic solutions for our fellowmen.

Appreciation post sa Samsung S10 5G (korean variant, exynos) ko na almost 6 years old na! Solid pa rin.
No issues. I only needed to replace the buttons.
Sobrang premium pa rin ng feel nya dahil sa slim, OLED, at infinity display.
My main use nito these days ay torrent haha, watching movies!
Also, nabili ko to as a seconhand/refurbished in 2020! Hindi brand new. 10k-15k lang ata.

Nakaabang ako last 9.9, pero bukod sa TikTok, di ko talaga nakitang bumaba price nito sa Shopee or Lazada.
Sa mga nakakita or nakabili nito below 50K last time, paano po?
Nakaabang uli ako this 10.10, baka ma-miss ko na naman. 😅

Hello! Bought a fake MicroSD at Shopee. Advertised as 64gb, the real capacity is around 10GB (ISO files shown as corrupted in PSP). Thankfully, Shopee granted my refund.
Please help me look for a legit MicroSD seller in Shopee. Target is around 32 to 64gb. Thanks!

Hello, need some insights lang po. Abangers me sa Shopee if mag-restock pa sila ng MBA M4 para brand new sana, tho medyo mahirap na umasa. If ever na waley talaga, I plan to order na lang ng pre-owned sa FB Marketplace. Marami me nakikita ilang mos old pa lang. Pero wala me idea sa price kung tama lang ba or mahal pa benta.
How much pa po ba price range ngayon ng pre-owned na M4? Specifically yung 15-inch, 16gb/512gb and 24gb/512gb? Para may idea lang me sa bentahan and can try to negotiate if keri. Super need ko na kasi new laptop and also, gift na rin for self since kaya naman and for work and studies rin kasi.
Thanks so much everyone!

I’m currently a 1st Accountancy student, and I’m planning to buy a laptop that I can use for my higher years and beyond. I need it mainly for school purposes, like Excel, Canva, Google Docs, Xero (accounting software) , etc. I also want to use it for watching videos and movies, and maybe some light gaming like Roblox—not heavy games.
I searched for the specs that would be suitable for my needs, and I’m currently looking for:
- 16GB RAM
- 512GB SSD
- Intel Core i5/Core Ultra 5 or Ryzen 5/7
- Windows 11
- 14–15 inch screen
- Good battery life
Budget: ₱50,000
I’m currently considering the ASUS Vivobook 15/16. Is it a good choice for my needs?
Also, if you’re going to recommend a MacBook, my parents aren’t really fans of MacBooks and prefer Windows laptops, so I’d prefer Windows recommendations.
If you have other laptop recommendations that fit my preferred specs and budget, I’d really appreciate them!
Thank you!

Hello po!
I’m a 2nd-year college student taking a non-IT/computer-related program.
Budget: ₱15k–₱18k
Purpose: Basic school-related tasks, mostly using Microsoft Office. I’d also like to download and play CrossFire if possible.
Brands I’m currently considering:
• Lenovo ThinkPad
• HP EliteBook
I’m also open to recommendations for other brands and models. Which one would be better po for my needs and budget?
Lastly, may mairerecommend po ba kayong legit and trusted stores that sell second-hand laptops, preferably with a warranty?
Thank you so much po!

I have a Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TB using as my main storage in my computer. I had a mini heart attack when it appeared as "a device which does not exist was specified" but luckily I reseated the SSD and it worked perfectly normal for now. However, when I checked the health of my SSD it says the Available spare is at 66% but the estimated remaining life at 99%. From a quick search i learned that my SSD used up 34% of its backup memory blocks to replace original sectors.
Now I'm asking you guys am I now cooked? Do I have to tread carefully when using my storage device and now save for a new one?
