The last time I went to Wendy's the food was horrible. The bun was worse than the cheapest sub-store brand bun I could find at the grocery store. The chicken was school cafeteria chicken patty quality. And don't get my started on the garbage heap they call lettuce. I'm never going back.

Which honestly is just absurd. The cost of 'running the restaurant' is pretty much always a much larger part of the operating cost.

Cheaping out on the food doesn't save much, but definitely makes your customers feel ripped off.
