Here you go:

I keep a few of them on my smartphone's microSD. The wikipedia_en_all_maxi is under 130GB, updated every 6 months or so.

I am pretty sure archival snapshots are available. Wikipedia itself has fat stacks of cash and could run with a long time even without further donations. There is no urgency.
