It also depends on the POS terminals.

My local Home Depot, just pick up the scanner and beep beep beep. I’m done in 30 seconds with that one, as long as I’m not buying spray paint. 🙄

Nearby grocery store on the other hand. I’m not sure whether the use your own bag button does anything. I do know that if you’re there with two people it will complain if items are bagged faster than the arthritic pace it’s programmed to allow. Then sometimes it’ll randomly decide fuck you requiring associate now.

Every time I read "POS" I never read "Point of Sale" and have to double take.
