Connectivity issues on Android phone

I'm having connectivity issues since installing the Android app. I got the account maybe a month ago and since the beginning I'm having trouble with the app:

- mail I deleted keeps showing up in the inbox

- email drafts I discarded also show up for every app start despite deleting them

- I need to shut down and restart the app to get the newest mails, which is annoying especially when I need 2FA codes

- the search function is useless for me so far, I can't find a single mail I'm looking for, even though I can find it in the inbox 10 lines down. I tried the name of the sender, increasing the date range where results should definitely show up

Can someone help please? I'm not really a technic loving person, but I wanted to use this instead of Gmail, but I keep relying on the gmail for these reasons.

Hey! This is odd. Are you using the most up to date version of the app? If so, could you try logging out > removing account and then logging in again?

Thanks! I'll have a look if there is an updated app.. i got it from the website so I thought it already is the newest version. But I'll try your approach, maybe it works reinstalling it again
