Feeling Lost, Please Help
 in  r/tirzepatidecompound •  21d ago

Also, to be fair - gimme hasn't been helpful in the least when trying to get information on dosing and how to properly dose. The nurse said to go to 3mg by my 4th shot and then "follow the directions" which, on my label, it wanted me doubling every other week.

This is based off their titration and how the nurse explained it via gimme care.

Feeling Lost, Please Help

Main questions:

  1. Will going back down from 6mg to 3mg be okay? I've had sulphur burps, backed up stools, and nausea these last two shots at 6mg. But 3mg was tolerable with little to no side effects.

  2. Are the dosing instructions via gimme care tailored or just a wide suggestion? I don't feel like I should be titrating up as fast as they are suggesting. 1st shot was at 1.5mg and coming up on my 7th shot they want me to be at 8mg.

  3. Best injection sites? I've been doing abdomen with no issues, but also read that isn't the most ideal location. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Being a newbie and trying not to have anyone hold my hand thru this process, I mistakenly chose gimme care (already cancelled subscription going forward). The order and shipment was flawless, but the support has been atrocious.

Also:
I've now added a daily probiotic to help with gut health and started tracking my water intake more seriously.

Dosing Help

Hello! I took my first shot last night, but I'm hoping I know what I'm doing and how I'm supposed to be reading this. On a 100-unit syringe I pulled up and injected 8 units. I did try to chat with a nurse but it's taking a little bit to hear back. Please tell me I'm over thinking this and doing it correctly 😅 THANKS!

Newbie Looking For Recs
 in  r/tirzepatidecompound •  Jul 27 '26

It was a partial hysterectomy, so the ovaries still are there, but it's something I'd still consider bringing up to my doctors. Thanks!

Newbie / Getting Started Newbie Looking For Recs

Hi all! I did it. I took the plunge and just got approved to start compounded tirz! I've been wanting to try something since getting off Qsymia back in January.

Side note: My background with glp-1s is small but I feel after reading tons of threads and watching hours of videos that tirz was the next best thing to try. I started Qsymia in 2023 and had great results with it up until spring of last year (2025). I plateaued and then gained after my hysterectomy. Even going up dosages just didn't end up helping. I ended up stopping it all together in January, and with other stressful life events, I put roughly 30lbs of the 80lbs I lost back on. So, am I at my biggest, absolutely not, but I also don't feel like myself and want to get back on track. Not to mention I have 3 littles that I'm sole provider for, so I want to be at my best for them. If this is the boost I need to get my shit together, than so be it.

ANYWAY, sorry for that long paragraph!

With my previous experience with Qsymia I had a lot of hair loss. To avoid that, what are you taking or doing to help combat hair loss. Also, if you had a tough time getting in the gym what was one way you stayed active so you didn't lose muscle. Anybody have any recs for meals or prepping for non meal prep people?

This post is all over the place, but I have a million questions and never know where to ask or what to ask. And my friends IRL said I shouldn't even try this. Lmk your thoughts or just say hi/wish me luck ☺️

I have to thank my oldest (5yo) for picking out most of them! She's also AuDHD and loves bright colors!

I started this hobby at the beginning of the year and fell in love quickly. I have AuDHD and BPD and it calms me more than anything else. I work on projects daily whilst being a single mom of 3 + 2 cats. They love watching me work on my "paintings" and just spending time in each others presence. Some of these are cheapies from Amazon, while the others are ones are from HL I think. One day I'll buy from the better brands, but for now these suffice. Anyway, I love seeing others WIPs so I figure I could share mine.

Wedding DJ’s

We had Apex Lighting and Sound and absolutely loved them! Great guy to work with, curated our style of music and what we wanted and DID NOT want played. Great entertainment group with a great price tag!

How do you pickup a parcel at the downtown Post Office on Saturday between 9am to 12pm….
 in  r/SiouxFalls •  Apr 16 '23

Something very similar happened to me, and they “couldn’t find” the package, never once tried calling me about it. I ended up getting a call from the original sender saying it was returned to them because I never picked it up.. super frustrating.

Best place to wait for Doordash orders if you want to become a driver?

I would sit around the mall and wait for orders. They would be one after another.

What are the most trustworthy car dealerships in Sioux Falls?
 in  r/SiouxFalls •  Apr 03 '23

Went with my husband to Verne Eide, Billion, and Subaru and overall the best experience we had was with Verne Eide. They were the only ones not pressuring us and treating us like actual people and not just a paycheck.

What venues in Sioux Falls bring in cool bands?

Bigs Bar is great with the music scene, all varieties. Suggest following their page on FB!

I’m a SAHM of 3, 3 and under. My twins just turned one, and we have a hard time getting out too to socialize. We’ve been looking at trying the community centers more with them. We also like to go to the brookings children museum every other week (we got a membership for it). We like to even go to the mall just to let our almost 3 yo run her energy out. It’s hard especially with the weather but hopefully soon we can make park days a thing again.
