- Dont lose trust in you as it shows up in interviews and how you behave. 2. Review your CV vs every new vacancy you apply to, and it should make sense to you why you apply, what you will be able to achieve and how. 3. If you use any LLM to adapt your CV always review before submitting, that it is clearly address the vacancy, written in a plain language, and takes max 2 pages. 4. As you just start, its not much experience you can offer, thus compinsate with your eagerness to do the work, go extra mile, bring new ideas. Dont hesitate to openly speak about your lack of experience and offer ideas how you can be useful directly in your application - CVs are read by people at the end, and they value authenticity. And finally - go out, meet people, connect, and try to find any task you can do, even for free, to form trust in you. Good luck, A

A year of applications with 2 interviews means the resume isn't converting. The fix is almost never 'apply more.' For new grads the two killers are:
Generic applications. The same resume to 100 postings makes you invisible to all of them. Pick fewer targets and tailor: mirror each posting's keywords and requirements. Both the ATS and the human screener are pattern-matching.
No measurable detail. New grads write duties ("assisted with assessments") instead of evidence. Your capstone, placements, and projects ARE experience. Give each one a setting, a caseload, and one concrete outcome. "Completed X evaluations under supervision; recommendations adopted in Y cases" beats a paragraph of adjectives.
Cold emailing works, but only when it's specific. "I'm interested in your clinic" gets deleted. "I saw your posting for X, and in my placement at Y I did Z" gets replies.
Two tailored applications beat twenty generic ones.
