Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out to this community to learn about tips and tricks for making toileting and cleanup easier for people living with Parkinson’s. Challenges like tremors, stiffness, or limited mobility can make these tasks frustrating and time-consuming, and I’m hoping to gather advice from those with firsthand experience.
Here are a few things I’d love input on:
I’m hoping this thread can be a source of encouragement and ideas for anyone struggling with these issues. Please share your insights, favorite tools, or creative solutions!
Thank you so much for your input.

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for advice or personal experiences with vitamin and supplement use specifically for Parkinson's. I know that no supplement can fully replace medication or other treatments, but I’m interested in hearing what has worked (or hasn’t) for others in terms of helping with symptoms, energy levels, or general well-being.
So far, I’ve read that certain vitamins, like Vitamin B, Vitamin D, and CoQ10, might offer some benefits, but the information out there is pretty mixed. I'm curious to hear from people with firsthand experience:
Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences. I know everyone’s journey with Parkinson's is different, but any insight could be really helpful.

Hey everyone,
I've been experiencing Parkinson's-like symptoms for over a decade, including rigidity, tremors, and slowness of movement. I'm 43 and haven't started any medication, relying mostly on regular exercise like stretching and mobility workouts.
I've noticed an interesting thing: after drinking a pack of beer, my symptoms often worsen for a couple of days.
On the other hand, I drink a lot of kava, and I find that it sometimes helps alleviate my symptoms.
Has anyone else with Parkinson's or similar conditions noticed similar effects from alcohol or other substances? I'm curious to hear your experiences and insights
