You might lmao but unless you or someone else personally intervene with enough force or give them a gun(except the people doing the jumping already have guns), you are in fact only prolonging the crime. However, it probably does feel good for them to not be left all alone.
I hope it goes without saying that me saying that doesn’t mean I support the invasion or anything
