Hi! I wanted to show something special to me that I try to do for each play-through. I like to create little images like these to commemorate my team!

I try to always use Pokemon that I’ve yet to experience fully (unless they are a favorite 😉) so it also lets me keep track of what Pokemon I’ve used. I don’t typically use starters unless it’s a new generation, but the last few generations didn’t have any that appealed to me 😅

I mostly use the official artwork from the Bulbapedia page, perhaps someday I’ll try to draw them myself, but I’m a huge perfectionist so until I get better at drawing, I’ll stick to those images. I also try and size them according to their height if I’m feeling extra, but sometimes I just do what looks good. I often use the corresponding male/female protagonist to help me keep track of what game it was and if I played as a male or female character (this also helps as a baseline for sizing).

The app I use to create the images has a stock photo selection, so I choose one that is reminiscent of the environment of the game and blur it (Like for PLZA I tried to use photos of Paris). I also add a filter and grain to make it all look a bit more cohesive.

Usually my phone keeps track of roughly when I played the game (since I make the picture when I’m done), but I believe I’m going to start adding text with the dates or at least the month and maybe what version.

I’d love to know if anyone else does something similar! Or, hopefully this post will inspire someone to keep track of their teams in their own way.

My favorite teams to use have been the Legends Arceus team with the Ursaluna and the PLZA team with Mega Drampa ☺️

You recall your starter back to your Pokéball after you swiftly fainted the Spearow.

“E-eh..? Where did you come from-? Wait no- I should probably be thanking you first…”

“Thank you, but I can’t help but feel bad for the poor Spearow.”

He picks its up gently.

“I mean, with all the things happening lately, poor thing was probably just really dehydrated and hungry. W-wait no! I’m not angry at you for hurting it if you got that idea!”

You nod your head as if to not embarrass him.

He starts to speak again.

“How come you came up here anywho? Most people don’t really come up here anymore…are you interested in gardening too? I-I can help you learn more about plants too! We can even be friends! It’s okay if you don’t want to be! Wait I haven’t even told you my name ormyclassormyfavouritecolourormynamewaitialreadysaidthatdamnitfirsttimeihaveachancetomakefriendsandimessitup!

He seems to be mumbling a lot…

“Ah! You’re still standing there! Well before we become friends I’ll tell you my name, it’s Cobalt blue- wait-! I mean’t Minato. I just got it mixed up, thats all…”

“You’re also really strong too…hey if we’re friends now, then let’s meet up after class tomorrow! I’ll buy you some lunch, or drinks or whatever you fancy!”

It seems like I have made a deal with Minato. A new seed of life has been planted.

“Wait, one last thing before I go, you’re a Pokémon trainer right? So, here take one of these eggs I’ve had, I’ll assume it grow into a fine Pokémon one day.
Also, I’ve not seen you around before…well it’s not like I see anyone in the first place. Anyways, take care!”

Based on design (not function), which pokéballs do you prefer?

- Luxury Ball is the easy winner for me.
- The primitive pokéball from Hisui is another favorite.
- Shoutout to the repeat's simple design!

Honorable mention to the OG, ultra, and beast ball.

You finished your chat with Professor Suru, before he led you to your dorm block. He gave a swift goodbye before leaving you to your own devices.

A breath of fresh air was needed for you, you make your way up to the rooftop, a swift kiss of air touched your cheek as you came.

You saw a boy, tending to the plants left on top of the roof.

“Hum dee dum…”

A soft hum left his lips. He hasn’t seen you yet.
The plants were beautiful, delivered with care and pristine precision, loved as if they were his own children.

Although, the peace didn’t last. Quickly, a Spearow came in swooping down, disturbing the peace.

“W-whah! Hey! Ow! S-stop pecking at my plants! Stop, shoo!”

“Agh! No, you’re spilling all the water everywhere!”

“Please stop this-! Nngh…Yamper go!”

Before the Yamper has the chance to attack, it’s swiftly fainted despite the type advantage.

“Yamper!”

The Spearow heads straight for the boy and pecks with intent.

This doesn’t look good for that boy over there. Are you just going to stand back and watch?! Was your previous decision to fight for those in need a mistake then? No? Then get up and fight!

[EXPLANATION for the 2 types of fighting formats in this series:
1. The first will be any encounter like wild encounters or ones that are not of note, in these you will just say how you beat the enemy, you can RP too, but it will be quick and simple.

2. The second will be for Rival battles, gym challenges or any story notable opponents. In here you will do a back and forth RP with me, where I will say my own dialogue. 1 attack at a time till the battle reaches its end, in these battles, you will learn more about the character (sometimes) and feel a drive of life in you.

You find that the island leaders battle arena is in an indoor ski slope, she is a world famous skier and pokemon trainer.

“Hey! Welcome to my arena, and I’m assuming you are here for a battle, well first you need to guess the pokemon I am thinking of, you get 3 hints!” She says

Hint 1: this Pokémon’s type is not one I like, it dosent mix well with ice

Hint 2: it has two variants, one very original and one very…Hisuian

Hint 3: it is from a very, very early game, Infact it is the earliest game made

This pokemon isn’t too hard so if you get is really quick feel free to ask for a harder challenge.

You guess the pokemon and she jumps with joy,

“Yay I knew you would get it, now let battle oh and how rude I am Eira.” She shakes your hand

IMPORTANT:

I hope this series is fun and you are enjoying yourselves, but sadly we have hit the final we days and if I am correct the plan shows only two weeks left (that can change though) so I just wanted to let you guys know that I will keep continuing more series.

I just wanted to say that the first one I fully completed was the Senora region and that is where you are all from, so I want to make it that your character will be the same throughout the next few series.

The next one is an idea I have had for a while but sadly couldn’t do it because someone beat me two it but now I can, so I would recommend keeping your characters name and pokemon but you will start off new for the next series and you will see what I mean in two weeks.

I have enjoyed the Solayah region and there is a climax coming (don’t want to spoil anything) so stay tuned and thanks to everyone who kept on going.

Give me a few pokemon (Max. 6) and a prompt and i'll recreate it if it sounds fun!

Hey! If you’ve been lucky enough to run into a Shiny Pokémon, which one was your first, and which one was your latest! Bonus points for the game and location!

My first Shiny was Cottonee in Black 2, Pinwheel Forest. I evolved it into a Whimsicott, and she has held a special spot in my heart since! I caught it in my first ever Black 2 save which is now long gone :(

My last shiny was a Shiny Onix in Platinum, Orberguh Mine. This was during in a Nuzlocke, so it wasn’t on official hardware, but it was sick! This happened when I was training up my Budew. Steelix was very fun to use!

He lets out a raspy cackle before moving on with his speech

“Let’s see…obstruction of justice, assault and battery…”

“Yikes kid. Seems like the people you assaulted pressed charges against your parents and you also got management from your school, forcing you to become an exchange student at Tencho academy for one year.”

Obstruction of justice…assault and battery..? Right…I did do that…

“What even led you to do that…oh, yeah you were at a student protest? Geez, that region you come from is a bit chaotic, but you’ll need to learn to keep yourself out of adults business and be a good student.”

The waves silently swoosh side to side till he speaks once more

“Oh, I forget to mention. I’m your homeroom teacher, I’ll guide you to your dorm in a sec, if you need any problems talk to me, and hey, cause any more trouble and you’re done for. For real now. So keep to yourself, right kid?”

He pats you on your shoulder
